SME Cloud Tech Benefits but Barriers Remain
1. Cloud Technology Case Study
SMEs missing out on benefits of cloud technology
Lack of understanding of benefits or accessibility massive barrier to entry
London, Date: Having completed research in the use of cloud technology by SMEs, cloud
application dashboard provider the business insights dashboard for SMEs, 9 Spokes has concluded
that the majority of UK SMEs are missing out on the potentially huge benefits of cloud–technology
due to lack of time and understanding of how these can be accessed.
The use of cloud technology has become increasingly mainstream as individuals and businesses
adapt to an environment in which having access to information and services 24/7, on a computer,
phone or tablet is normal the new norm. Convenience, efficiency and data protection ... Show more

It's clear that while time is a huge problem, for those SMEs who can take the time to research and
implement such solutions, the knock–on benefits are potentially enormous."
Demonstrating further how SMEs struggle with the use of new technology, 9 Spokes' research
shows that additional concerns re cloud–based apps include compatibility (77%), expense (76&) and
poor usability (76%) of these services.
Says Mr Estall, "This is unfortunate as many of the best apps have invested heavily in providing
user–friendly, light touch solutions for SMEs that are scalable and flexible in terms of what they
offer, as well as their fee structure. For example, accounting packages can start as low as £10 per
month while some marketing/ analytic solutions provided their basic services at no cost."
While many SMEs (71%) turn to advisors to help them navigate these challenges, it's clear that
easily usable, well–priced apps will have an advantage when engaging with SMEs. Importantly,
over half (54%) of SME decision makers say that personal experiences influence their choice of
business software or apps. As a result, solutions that gain the most SME users are those that tend to
have some overlap with personal use – Facebook, Paypal, Twitter, Google and Instagram.
Customer / employment management and accounting / finance apps are some of the most actively
used currently by SMEs (80% and 77%

5. What Are The Barriers To The Use Of Evidence Based Practice
Evidence–based practice is the practice of making clinical decisions based off the best available
research evidence coupled with the nurse's own expertise, while also taking into account, the
patient's assessments and own personal preferences. This use of research has proven effective at
providing better outcomes and lower healthcare costs, yet there are several barriers, such as time,
education, and support, which prevent nurses from consistently using evidence–based practice
(AJN, 2012). The top three barriers to the use of evidence–based practice are lack of time,
education, and support in implementing new practices and using them consistently. One of the main
barriers in using evidence–based practice is the lack of time in order to implement it into the nurse's
days. In one study, many respondents said that, both at work and outside of work hours, time was
just not there (Brown, Wickline, Ecoff, & Glaser, 2009). In another study done many years later,
time continued to be a main concern for nurses and that they just didn't feel like it should be
expected for them to keep up with the research (Tacia, Biskupski, Pheley, & Lehto, 2015). Many of
these restraints on time can easily be addressed though. Some issues, such as, short staffing can be
fixed, while others would take more work to address, such as, not having enough time at home to
research due to familial obligations. Setting aside specific time in the workday for nurse's to
research or hiring more nurses in order to split the work load and allow more time in between tasks
for research could also be solutions to this specific barrier. Another important barrier is nursing
education. Nurses who graduated many years ago were not taught evidence–based practice and even
current schools focus too much researching rather than how to implement current research into care
(AJN, 2012). This lack of knowledge on how to implement may stem from the lack of knowledge
on how to read and interpret research data or that nurses might feel overwhelmed due to the fact that
there is so much and might not know how to narrow what is important or how to read all of it
(Brown et al., 2009). In the Tacia study (2015), advanced care nurses could easily point out

13. Grounded Theory Of The Theory
grounded theory of 1967 and this development and testing of theory involved in grounded theory
will make it difficult to be classified as ordinary inductive based on the fact that theory not
necessarily meant to be tested in purely inductive research. Another point is the fact that classic
grounded theory originally is expected to commence without theory make it fundamentally different
from case study strategy. This is a point of argument between the two originators of the theory
Glaser and Strauss after they split on the opinion on whether it is possible to commence grounded
theory with conceptual framework. Strauss and his new partner Corbin in Corbin and Strauss (1990)
agued to support opportunity for conceptual framework at the start of a research study while Glaser
in Glaser (1992) countered the position of Strauss and Corbin by affirming that the essence of
grounded theory is to developed theory from empirical data and that issue of testing or verification
is not part of grounded theory. Today, theorists are fundamentally split along these two directions.
This research study is aligned with Strauss and Corbin direction but will not use classic grounded
theory to avoid confusion but the basic principle of Strauss and Corbin in the use of both inductive
and deductive approaches will be employed.

Introduction In this business report, I will identify what the benefits and drawbacks of using
secondary market research is for an organisation. I will use three major brands in the UK car market;
Mini Cooper, BMW and Audi. I have used these major brands as they are the most differentiated out
of all the car brands in the UK (see appendix 1). I will analyse their 4ps; which is price, place,
promotion and product. I will also use PEST analysis to explain the current trends in the UK car
market, and back it up with justified market research. Benefits and drawbacks for organisations in
using secondary research Secondary market research is market research that's already gathered and
prepared for you. Secondary research also known as desk research is when an organisation identifies
suitable sources and getting access to them; reviewing and accessing their suitability for their
specific research objectives (Mcgivern 2013). There are many benefits and drawbacks of using
secondary market research for an organisation. Benefits of using secondary market research for an
organisation is primarily based on how the research helps aid reaching the research objectives for
the business. Secondary market research is the amount of time that can be saved (Ghauri 2005).
With primary market research, it is up to the organisation to go and gather the research themselves,
hence why it's referred to as field research. This tends to take a very long time, whereas with

17. Qualitative And Quantitative Research Design
Research and Program Evaluation
This paper will compare and contrast qualitative and quantitative research designs. While giving the
information, I will also elaborate on the types of research designs that they both implore. At the end
of the paper, the reader will have a better understanding for qualitative and quantitative research
designs and when to use each type of design.
Qualitative Research Design
Cresswell (2014) states "qualitative methods rely on text and image data, have unique steps in data
analysis, and draw on diverse designs" (p. 183). Qualitative research design is a research method
used by researchers studying human behaviors and habits. For example, a counselor generating
some ideas for a new inclusion program might want to study people's behaviors and preferences, to
make sure that the inclusion program might become feasible. Quick and Hall (2011) state " The
principal of informed consent ensures that research participants are not coerced or persuaded into
research and that each individual fully understands the implications or participating" (p. 2). This
way the individual will know what is going to happen during the research. A researcher will then use
data collection procedures with qualitative research. Qualitative observation is when the researcher
will take field notes about individuals and their behaviors. Qualitative interviews are the interviews
that the researcher conducts with the participants. The interviews can be face to face, on the

23. General Positivism And The Interpretive Paradigm
Part 1: Purpose
a) Social Science Research Paradigm
The social science paradigm also known as Post positivism consists of testing hypothesis and
research questions that are developed through reasoning. This is done through measurements and
observation. Social scientists aspire to science and they seek to study human behaviour, interaction
and thought in an organized way; which we can then measure, generalize and replicate. Like any
research, post–positivism needs to be backed up by evidence. When a social science research sets
out a research project, it is their goal to find evidence that can either agree or disagree with the
hypothesis or theories. Post positivism, compared to positivism allows more interaction with the
participants of the research project and seeks to highlight the relationship between universal
properties between the variables. The best way to understand post positivism is by comparing it to
positivism and the interpretive paradigm. Compared to positivism, post positivism is more tolerant
for value–based information, however is not focused on qualitative information like the interpretive
paradigm, instead the research is mainly focused on quantitative data.

25. The Best Research Approach For Sanitarium Market Research
Assignment 2

Scenario 1
Discussion of target respondents:
The target respondent of Sanitarium is customers who did purchase so good coconut milk in the last
12 month. As the objective for this research is aiming to gain an understanding of who is buying
their so good coconut milk, how they are using, how they view so good coconut milk and if they use
other sanitarium products. And other group of target respondent would be sales people who work in
the market for Sanitarium products, because their feedback is also important to achieve the research
objectives.
Discussion of research approach:
The best research approach for Sanitarium market research would be the combination of qualitative
and quantitative method. Qualitative research is a broad umbrella term that cover a wide range of
techniques and philosophies. In broad terms, qualitative research is an approach that allows you to
examine people's experiences in detail information, it include method such as in–depth interview,
focus groups, content analysis etc. (Frederick, 2015) Quantitative research method quantifies data
and focus on a large number of data, it meet the objective of the research project as to find out the
number of best sell product. Similarly, using primary data is the dedicated to the problem at hand,
also it is very useful for face to face interview (Zikumund 2014)

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
3.1 INTRODUCTION
In the previous chapter, a summary of literatures related to this study has been given. This chapter
will discuss the methods that would be adopted in order to achieve the aim of this research study.
The aim of this research study is to explore the barriers that limit further integration of ICTs in
Nigerian secondary schools and steps that can be taken to limit the barriers.
To achieve the aim of this research, survey questionnaires were sent out to 250 teachers (public and
private) and also to 150 students. Asides sending questionnaires to the teachers, semi–structured
interview was conducted to four (4) teachers to gather more information.
In addition, this chapter also discusses survey methodology, ... Show more content on

Quantitative research methods usually contain numbers, proportion and statistics. One of the
methods known to be quantitative method is the use of questionnaires to implement research and
collect data.
In this research, hard copies of questionnaires were shared amongst teachers in several private and
public secondary schools. These schools were chosen randomly and are all located at the western
part of Nigeria. The questionnaires were filled at instance and were collected immediately. Although
in some secondary schools, collection of the questionnaires was delayed for a maximum of two
days. The questionnaire includes yes/no questions as well as multiple choice questions.
Like in any research, there are advantages and disadvantages. The advantage was that, there were a
good numbers of respondents. However, according to Collis and Hussey (2009), the larger the
sample, the better it represents the population. Due to the crisis I Nigeria as at the time this research
was conducted, the total number of respondents was 200 teachers as compared to the initial target of
600 teachers, which is categorized as the disadvantage or challenge encountered during the research.
Asides the teacher's involvement, couple of students from the randomly selected secondary schools
also took part in the completion of the survey.

29. The Use Of Qualitative Research Techniques For Treating...
After reviewing several studies a common use of qualitative research techniques focused on
developing understandings about fatigue on physicians in their real time environment and the
processes involved. The results from Dula 's et al. (2001) study were astonishing (see Appendix A
for more information on the KAIT results). Of the 16 emergency physicians tested, KAIT scores
showed a significant difference in day shift and night shift emergency physicians. The conclusion
was a decline in cognitive performance after working five night shifts. Some legislation in New
York was created for residents who had been working 100 to 180 per week and an 18 year old died
due to medical error. Residents are only allowed to now work 80 hours a week, with no shift longer
than 24 consecutive hours (Eddy, 2005, p.177). The findings were that even with this legislation
residents were still working more than 95 hours per week. What good is legislation made to protect
patients and physicians, if it is not enforced. Another factor that was introduced in a review by
Nimmo and Huggard (2013), specifically focused on compassion fatigue, vicarious traumatisation,
and secondary traumatic stress. The emotional impact on emergency physicians based on the large
amount of trauma cases. The study used the following instruments for measuring fatigue, the

explore the differences in primary and secondary research when using qualitative and quantitative
approaches. The paper will further discuss the tools that are used for each approach.

"Any study that is conducted using an observational technique or unstructured questioning can be
classified as qualitative research." (Burns & Bush, 2006). However, there are some advantages and
disadvantages to qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative research is implemented in some
cases as an exploratory form of data collection at the beginning of a research project. "Qualitative
data can give the researcher a better idea of what to look more closely at for later trails."
(Varoskovic, 1999 – 2010). Qualitative research also allows for a more in–depth or detailed results
from the respondents. The disadvantage of qualitative research is that the data is the opinion of the
researcher. On the other hand, the advantages of quantitative research are that the data is focused on
the numeric qualities that can be recorded. However, the disadvantage of quantitative research is that
it is difficult at times to provide meaning to what is being examined. Overall, both quantitative and
qualitative research can be combined to enhance primary and secondary research.

35. Should Teenagers Use The Internet Essay
Why there should not be a time limit on the use of the internet
Anti–social, drop in grades, eye damage these are some of the topics that are brought up in
conversation when talking about the use of the internet and how long teenagers are using it. But do
they mention the pros of using the internet? In my opinion, I think teenagers should the internet
more often. Teenagers use the internet for help in school, they gain computer skills and learn what is
happening out in the world through the use of social media.
A key aspect of how the internet use of the internet should not be limited is the knowledge. The
internet is growing and becoming more advanced every day that we as humans cannot keep up. By
teens using the internet, we would gain knowledge about the internet, for example, finding out what
source is credible and also, becoming more aware of websites that could possibly be harmful to our
computers. All these factors could be helpful in the future. For example, in an online article "10
great things teen learn "playing" online" by Christy Matte, it states that "Viruses, limited computer
space browser crashes are all realities of time spent online. Learning to prevent and/or cope with this
issue is fundamental in becoming a savvy computer user. As kids explore on the computer, they are
picking up valuable information about this practice." ( source 2). Teens could learn a lot from just

The Use of Non–Human Animals in Psychological Research
Animals used in research have proved to be an important factor for the uses of medicine, for
example Flemming found the use of penicillin was an effective antibiotic when it was used on mice.
Since 1822, legislation has limited how scientists use animals. In the UK, the use of animals in
psychological investigations has been constrained by ethical and moral guidelines. Current UK
legislation in the Animals Scientific Procedures Act 1986 states that all animal research must only
take place in a laboratory that are institutionally licensed for animal research. It must be apart of an
approved research project. The license will only be given ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Bateson argues that there are three main criteria that should be taken into account when deciding
whether a study on an animal is justifiable. Firstly the quality of the research which, can be assessed
by the funding agency. The amount of animal suffering, this can be assessed from the animal's
behaviour. And finally the likelihood of the benefits from using the animal, this is very hard to
predict ahead of time.
There are two views on animal research; some people are either for or against it. Birch et al. found
that there are benefits of non human research for example his research on animal behaviour on
damaged crops, which led to the development of scarecrows to prevent any further damage to both
the crops and avoiding poison to kill the animals. This study served a purpose to save both the
animal and the crop.
Scientific arguments for animal research states tat it has been a major contributor to our knowledge

39. Secondary Research Methods Paper
This research will be conducted using secondary research methods. The secondary sources will draw
on qualitative research such as, participant observation, interviews, and ethnographic accounts to
analyze the topic. The process of this research project will use a deductive approach. A deductive
approach is researching from a broad topic and narrowing it down to a more specific topic. This is
ideal for this project because there is an immense amount of research done on the development of
children and parenting, so therefore this project will narrow down to a specific aspect of these two
topics and create new information.
Secondary research methods include analyzing and gathering existing literature on the researchers
topic. Secondary research methods can be challenging because the existing literature might not
address the researchers questions directly and it might not be current or valid. An advantage to
secondary research methods is that it is quick and low cost. The data needed to analyze has already
been collected and ready to use. Secondary research methods also might only work for specific
topics where the data is cannot be collected ie. Government data. ... Show more content on

can be completed with a time limit, while others require a high budget and no time limit. Primary
data collection is not practical for all research projects. An advantage of primary data collection is
that the researcher is collecting their own data personally and that they can control where their data

Anti–social, drop in grades, eye damage these are some of the topics that are brought up in

they mention the pros of using the internet?
Teens could learn a lot from just
simply using the internet. Websites that could teach teens about harmful websites and viruses; it
could also teach us more about the computer its self.

45. The Logistics Of A Supply Chain
The logistics of a supply chain can be very difficult to understand. There are many different parts
involved and if one does not function correctly the others will soon follow. From manufacturing to
transportation there is always something happening within the supply chain. Every section of the
supply chain is scrutinized and checked to see if the process is going as smoothly as possible.
Knowing different styles of research can help in diagnosing problems from within the supply chain.
Two of these methods are quantitative research and qualitative research. Two methods that are used
to research and calculate an issue would be the quantitative method and the qualitative method. Each
method has its own style. Quantitative research deals with numbers, has data that can be measured
such as length, speed, time or cost (Roberts, 2012). Qualitative research deals with descriptions and
data that cannot be measured (Roberts, 2012). These methods will both help to diagnose any issues
that could arise within the supply chain from the manufacturer all the way to the customer's hands.
Having a customer do a survey is a qualitative research object. This can then be formulated with
other customers and figure out if it is necessary to make more product to have on hand or to back off
and stop production on the product. If a researcher is going through online reviews and is counting
how many stars a product received through a website, they would be using quantitative research.

According to the American Marketing Association:
Marketing research is the function that links the consumer, customer, and public to the marketer
through information–information used to identify and define marketing opportunities and problems;
generate, refine, and evaluate marketing actions; monitor marketing performance; and improve
understanding of marketing as a process. Marketing research specifies the information required to
address these issues, designs the method for collecting information, manages and implements the
data collection process, analyzes, and communicates the findings and their implications. (Marketing

Face to face interviews, surveys, focus groups, and observations are all tools used in primary
research. These tools help researchers gather data directly from the targeted groups. Primary
research is proprietary information that the researchers own and can use as they see fit. The
researcher can make this information available to others or not. This type of discovery can be
exciting and create an advantage to the researcher because it has yet to be disclosed. Further,
primary research allows the researcher to have a greater degree of control over the research process
while looking for answers to specific research questions. However, primary research is time
consuming because the process can be lengthy and involved. Developing the rapport that is required
to conduct many of the studies that are involved in primary research takes time and effort.
Additionally, primary research can be expensive.
According to Aaker, Kumar, and Day (2007), secondary research is composed of "data that were
collected by persons or agencies for purposes other than solving the problem at hand" (p. 110).
Secondary research is often used to help researchers narrow the scope of their research. Researchers
have little control over secondary research. However, secondary research is less expensive and, with
the wealth of information it provides, it can be overwhelming. Still, if done properly, secondary
research can answer the research question just as thoroughly as primary

49. The Effects Of Social Media On Society Today
These researchers were determined to find out if the fear of missing out (FOMO) correlates directly
with the use of social media in society today. There have been many concerns raised regarding the
over engagement of social media sites by young adults and adolescents today and the effects this use
may have on their mental health and general functioning. This paper is organized according to
trends that were identified in the findings of some of the reviewed scholarly sources.
Definiton

out also known as FOMO, is that uneasy and sometimes consuming feeling that you're missing out .

Mostly all of the participants filled out a basic demographic questionnaire giving information and
details about their gender, race, age, background, and makeup. All of the research groups made it a
mission to find a diverse group of individuals to study and ensure that they all had differing
backgrounds in order to get an accurate representation of what is going on for all members of this
generation.
Perspective
In the past couple of years there has been a lot of research looking to find a correlation between
social media use and the fear of missing out. Before social media became such an epidemic the fear
of missing out and anxiety were not such a prevalent issue. Findings of a negative association
between self worth and the use of social media are offering a new insight into mental health. These
findings are giving caregivers an opportunity to offer patients a diagnosis as well as help if they
come in struggling with similar issues. Developing Trends in Ongoing FOMO Research
Social Media Use The most common thread throughout all of these researchers articles is the use of
social media. Baker, Krieger, and LeRoy express that "FOMO relates to social media use both in its
experience thus, research on social media use is important to consider in the current investigation."

am going to take with me is "Action research is a professional development strategy that puts the
teacher at the center of the professional development process." (Gould, 2008, p. 5) How Research

classroom teaching by being able to teach what works. One of the many roles that a teacher plays is
that of a scientist, not only do teachers decide what and how things are to be taught, teachers

than teachers about the challenges they face and the type of support they need." (Gould, 2008, p. 5)

Qualitative and Quantitative Approaches
Business researchers utilize various forms of approaches to analyze and obtain information and data,
and two of the most popular approaches used are the qualitative research approach and quantitative
research approach. Each approach can be beneficial or in some cases may cause inconclusive results
depending on the type of research being conducted and what the nature of the study is. The
following will assess two different peer reviewed articles: one which uses a qualitative approach and
the other a quantitative approach. It ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Both approaches use single, assorted, and longitudinal methods in the research design, but
quantitative requires stringent consistency and also utilizes a cross–sectional approach, along with
longitudinal, in order to acquire the most successful results. Quantitative research also maintains a
clear distinction between facts and judgments (Cooper & Schindler, 2008). Quantitative research has
numerous strengths and weaknesses as well. The most popular and main form of quantitative
research is the use of surveys, which are cheaper and less costly than other forms of data collection.
Another beneficial quality of the quantitative approach is the lack of contact between the researcher
and the participants, which allows researchers to collect data that could be more biasedly based if
used with the qualitative approach. However, quantitative research has its downfalls. Because the
sample sizes are so large it lengthens the time of the data collection process and interviewing the
participants again is usually not possible, which could alter the consistency of the results (Cooper &
Schindler, 2008).
As stated before, most quantitative research studies are used to define or measure something. Many
medical studies employ quantitative research to define the measurements of a specific issue. One

task, discipline, research question, budget and many other factors. For example, in disciplines that

Introduction
Chapter Two of William and co–authors' book–––– Research Methods–––– particularly focuses on
the importance of ethics (pg.34). A combination of intentional diction, imagery and narration
coupled with an authoritative tone has been used to handle the key issues in this chapter. Deliberate
contrast between the traditional and current perspectives of ethics and its evolution has been
employed to explain and emphasize the need for ethical research work. Through these literary
devices and style, the authors' emphasis on ethics despite the fact that it is not enforceable by law is
made clear. This excerpt analyzes how these authors have landed their points on ethics home.
Foundation of ethics in research work
To begin with, the author chooses to use the pronoun 'you' to draw attention towards the foundation
of ethics in research work (pg.34). The use of this pronoun on the introduction is deliberate as the
author wants to put emphasis by making anyone reading the book feel part and parcel of the issue at
hand. Circumstantially, the author manages explain that a research that is conducted ethically does
not only benefit the people who use it but also makes the person doing it feel satisfied. This direct

researchers to develop and test out their hypothesis to their study. Action research is a type of
applied research that uses systemic approach to evaluate and observe countless solutions to a
problem. Action research is most likely to be used in educational setting, where educators to find

goal and mind set. Action research uses mixed method study where it includes both qualitative and

researchers to gather unbiased information during data gather and decision making.
Action research is unlike most research method where it conducted in spiraling cycle. Action

An animal is taken, injected with all kinds substances, then killed from the tests ran by researchers.
Meanwhile, an old woman is laying on her death bed waiting for the same researchers to find a cure
but dies before researchers can succeed. Which scenario do you think is worse? This is a difficult
question and may not have an answer. Animal testing has been around for centuries starting with
early Greek physicians around 384 BC. These Greek physicians included Aristotle, Erasistratus, and
Galen, who all created huge contributions to medical history. Throughout history animal testing has
helped to cure many diseases including polio, diabetes, smallpox, and many more. These cures have
helped save thousands of lives and would not have been possible without the help of animals.
However, these contributions did not occur without the cost of hurting animals in the process. There
have been some laws, like the federal food, drug, and cosmetic act, that requires safety testing of
drugs on animals before they can be sold. Both animal lives and human lives are affected by animal
testing in many ways, making this topic very important. 100 million animals die each year due to
animal testing but there are also many diseases that haven't been cured, making animal testing
necessary. Animal testing has both saved lives and taken them away. Us humans have to decide how
many animal lives are worth the knowledge gained. In this paper I will address and analyze two

76. Business Administration And Human Resource Management
Quantitative research is simply an extravagant name for analyzing data with numerical values.
While it does require numbers to calculate accurate hypothesis, quantitative research can be used to
eventually create hard factual data. Within my current field of study, quantitative research methods
are being used very frequently. I am studying in both business administration and human resource
management and will identify how both fields could benefit from this research method below.
Additionally, the pitfalls or negatives will be analyzed to ensure that there is a clear understanding
of how best to use this method of research to the absolute maximum.
First, let us examine how the world of business uses quantitative research methods on a daily basis.
In the business world, numbers generate all outlooks via positive or negative. For instance, when a
company is analyzing a new market, they will likely run some quantitative research to ensure there
are positive numbers to generate a profit. This could be numbers for population, spending trends or
even stock analysis. All of these examples would be identified through case studies.
However, quantitative research can also be used to track data within the company such as
production, manpower hours, quality of work and mishaps. This allows the management staff to
keep operations running smoothly and also monitor areas that could benefit from improved
productivity. This method could also be used to assist in determining awards,

defined by specifying the research objectives; identifying the consumer population of interest, and
placing the problem in an environmental context. The very next step is to determine the research
design that involves whether or not primary or secondary data is available or required. Marketers

Cross–sectional designs involve the systematic collection of responses to a consumer survey
instrument from one or more samples of respondents at one point in time. Also use the descriptive

dependent variables are the cause of such change.

been incurred. The internal data found in the company's reports are previous company research
studies, feedback from customers, salespeople, stores, and feedback from longtime employees.

gathering data already collected as primary data and tested.
