This is who is on Social Media . 51% of users are between the ages of 25 and 44. these are your auto and home customers. Ant the fastest growing segment now is the 55 and older crowed.
So again social media is not just for the Young.
So here are some stats to support that claim and a grime reality for those means of advertising.

Your online marketing strategy should include blogging, social media marketing and a website.
All roads should point to a blog… then website
Shelf life. .. Shelf life of a tweet is about 5 minutes…A Facebook post is about a day….the shelf life of your blog is forever
Your blog is a living organism because it continues to grow.
Google is going to crawl your article and place it in the search results.. So if someone searches for that information years later your site will still show up.
So as you blog your creating another page and your search result increase over time.
1-In Person – Have your social media site information readily available. Through a QR code or links from your site. After you close a sales. You need to see that like as if you are handing out a flyer to 229 of their closes friends. Take the time it’s time well spent.
2-Contest - have a contest and give prices .. Starbucks cards are good, but you could be a little more creative….
3-Drive Engagement - Ask your audience a simple question to start a conversation. Yes or No, True or False, Select your Favorite, Fill in the blank, click like if, Opinion, Where’s waldo
You increase you activity on a post by 80% when you attach some type of picture on add text to picture before you upload it.
You have to be careful with sales talk on the post. Most people frown on it. So you should be creative. . Post about any upcoming specials
