MW Gas Turbine type V94.2 and 2*159 MW E-type Steam Turbine Combined Cycle Power Plant.
 Coordinated contractor and QC staff to installation power plant pipelines and its inspection.
 Wrote QC- Plan for all installation activity and prepared all required inspection forms and check
lists.
 Provide technical and advisory support to installation staff and engineers.
 Coordinated and managed staff in pre-commissioning and commissioning activity.
 Improved and coordinated NDT method and heat treatment on alloy steel pipeline.
 Improved and implementation control methods and technical dossier in power plant based on ISO
9001-2008.
 Successfully review and randomly check more than 10,000 weld radiography films reports from
other interpreters.
2003 – 2005:

Senior Technical and Welding Inspector
 Successfully technical and welding inspected 500 km gas transmission and crude oil pipeline.
 Technical inspected and approved installation more than 20000 Ton pressure vessels, atmospheric
storage tank and rotary equipment’s.
 Coordinate team staff to periodic monitoring and over hall inspection at refinery.
 Review WPS/PQR and improved work procedure/ method statement, Schedule.
 Responsible to represent company on all Quality related issues to clients.
 Successfully more than 20,000 weld radiography films interpreted.

Material engineer and Technical inspector
 Responsible on quality control and advised on manufacturing and inspection procedure.
 Design review, control of drawing and prepare material take off.

equipment for oil/gas and petrochemical industry plants.
