Responsibilities Joining & Induction:
 Publishing Monthly Calendar of Post- training Joining &
Induction after collating the data sent by various processes
about their joining batches for the respective month.
 Coordinate with training team to freeze the monthly
induction calendar.
 Ensure that 100% of all the employees go through the
induction process as per the mandate by Corporate.
 Documentation- Ensuring that the new joinees complete their
documentation correctly including their compliance
documentation.
 Facilitating policy sessions for the new inductees and briefing
them about the company as well. It includes a presentation
based on brief organizational background and HR policies of
the company. Ensuring that the new employees are well
aware of the rules, regulations and policies of the company.
 Facilitating Bank account opening for the new joinees.
Coordinating with the respective banks to be present at the
induction day and ensuring that 100% associates get their
bank account open.
 Coordinating with respective departments (Operations, I.T.,
Administration, Employee relations) to take an induction on
the same day and making the new joinees familiar with the
departments.
 Conducting surprise policy quizzes and sessions to make
induction program interesting.
 Arrangement of their personal files and ensuring that the
joinees have submitted all the necessary documents as per the
mandate by the corporate.
 Handover of the offer letter/ APL letters to the new joinees
and facilitating the end of the induction program.
 Implement new ideas and strategies to make induction more
participative and interesting for the new joinees.
 Ensure timely completion of all joining formalities in
coordination with the HRSS team, like:
• Appointment Letters.
• Creation of personal files.
• SAP ID creation.
• Bank Account Opening.
• New joinees I-card forms handover.
 Data & MIS- (Preparing and maintaining data for
Joining/Induction activities):
• Joining details- Sent one day before Joining/Induction to
inform the various departments about the induction to
take place the following day.
• RYG Tracker- RYG tracker of departmental Induction for
new joinees.
• Handover to training- Tracker for informing the training
team about the joinees who have successfully completed
the joining/Induction formalities.
• Status of joining/Induction- Red/Green tracker sent to
the supervisor about the timely closure of joining
activities.
• PWD tracker- Updating the HR team about new PWD
employees joining the organization.
• I.P./ESI Tracker- Tracker for the I.P. numbers of new
joinees.
• Bank Account ratios tracker- Monthly data prepared on
the basis of the total bank numbers given to both banks
and maintaining the standard ratios allotted to the
respective banks by the supervisor.
• Hr complete tracker- Tracker to inform the supervisor
about the status of “HR complete” adherence for the
current month. “HR Complete” is an initiative to learn
about the different aspects of HR by getting aligned in
different work area of HR for a day. Hr employees are
currently getting aligned in joining/Induction to
understand the full procedure.
Talent Engagement:
 Assisting ER’s in conducting various employee engagement
activities like:
• Assisting in conducting Fundoo Friday and mid- week
surprise activities in various processes on production
floor & also assisting in conducting festival activities.
• Conducting R&R events (monthly and Quarterly).
• Conducting and assisting for timely completion of
employee engagement surveys- Aon Hewitt and
employee engagement survey.
• Coordinating and maintaining finance for conducting
birthday celebrations of team members in H.R.
department.
Compliance:
 Ensure timely completion of joining formalities in
coordination with compliance team, like:
• Creation of I.P. no. of new joinees- Have been registering
new joinees under Esi and printing their respective
TIC’s.
• Assisting Compliance team for updating details in ESI
portal for existing employees- Have been helping
compliance team to update Esi details of existing
employees(updating the personal details and
dispensaries.) Also assisted in distribution of ESI cards
with compliance team.
• Handing over PF forms of new joinees to compliance
team.
Talent Acquisition:
 Assisted TAG team for Conducting IJP written tests- Timely
completion of getting the written tests done for IJP.
I.T. PROFICIENCY :-
• Handful experience of Microsoft office: Word, Excel and Power point.
• Knowledge of Internet applications.
SUMMER TRAINING :-
• Undergone 8 weeks Internship training at Crest Container Lines Pvt. Ltd., Navi
Mumbai in the HR department.

management program and incorporating it into the company’s in house
