drop the number of findings by 46%.
For 2017 we expect to reduce 25 additional
points .
Mishanded bags: reduction of 33,5% from
2014 to 2016.
Our goal for 2017 is to reach 2,21 bags/1000
passengers, figure similar to asian airlines.
