• Standalone system with no integration with GC leading to duplication of work and recon issues.
• Involves lot of manual intervention for Policy setup, credit/debit with every endorsement
transaction
• Allows “Certificate” issuance only, it is not a complete solution for Declaration Management
• Declaration tracking and sending out reminders is very difficult as the entire activity is manual
• CBC confirmation in case of claims is done basis the SOA (Statement of Accounts) maintained manually
by the team
• All policies where the type of declaration is “Bulk” or “Both”, SOAs are maintained manually
