1. Migdal CONNECT | Overview
Digital Team Distribution Channels, Digital Marketing, and News… on
the go, in the hands of Migdal Insurance Ltd. agents & supervisors.
The app was set up for use by agents. In the app, they can receive
information on a variety of topics and perform digital actions for their
policyholders.
As of July 2022, the app has been expanded to include a new home page for
supervisors, sales headquarters employees and direct agents.
In addition, an appointment diary module was developed for supervisors and
employees whose purpose is to record meetings with agents.
This development enables the creation of an application that displays
different and relevant information according to the type of user.

3. Migdal CONNECT | Sales
The sales tab on the homepage shows the cumulative
total sales from the beginning of the year to the present,
calculated according to a measurement base in health
and general insurance.
At the entrance to the sales area you can view a
breakdown of sales data by products
In each of the areas of health and defense – health,
defenses, defense and finance.

business, apartment and mortgage.
4. Migdal CONNECT | Promotions
The Promotions tab shows today's current sales
performance in Health & Operations and General
Insurance.
When entering the operations area and selecting a
promotion, the agent can see where he stands in
relation to the goal set for them.
5. Migdal CONNECT | Tasks
The Tasks tab shows today's current status on the
status of health and general insurance tasks.
In Health and Underwriting, the agent will be able to
view production and underwriting tasks divided into
treatment status – in treatment, treatment grows and is
treated.
By clicking one of the
statuses, what will be
displayed is a list of
policyholders waiting for
treatment in this category.
6. Migdal CONNECT | Tasks
For tasks such as in therapy or Migdal therapy, the agent
can continue the treatment directly from the mobile and
upload missing documents for the insured or send a link (by
email or SMS) to the insured to upload the documents.
7. Migdal CONNECT | Current Acct Txns
The Current Transactions tab shows a current and
current balance of the agent's commission account in
health and general insurance.
The agent will be able to view the following commission

8. Migdal CONNECT | Retention
The retention tab displays the total
premium/savings for each area that is
at risk of cancellation, arrears or
abandonment.
The agent can handle tasks through
fast digital processes with the
customer such as: collection
arrangement, cancellation regret, etc.
Plus, apply for a benefit to the savings
in Migdal!

In the actions area, the agent can do the following:

10. Migdal CONNECT | MigdalLead
Actions The MagdalLead allows you to send leads for further
treatment at the grower or receive hot leads from the
grower for the agent's care.
In addition, the agent will be able to view and handle
sent leads according to processing status.
After selecting a treatment status, a list of the insured
will be obtained.
11. Migdal CONNECT | Actions
This area allows sending digital service forms by email / SMS to
fill out the policyholder.
In Health & ET it is possible to send redemption forms,
cancellation of policy, request for disposal/cancellation of
individual policies.
In general insurance, you can send an appendix to waive
coverage various such as: theft, jewelry, water damage, accident.
Also, a policy cancellation form, choosing a premium refund
method and more.
The agent can initiate the process of formally building an
offer for risk and health products.
At the end of the process, the agent sends the offer by
email or SMS to the policyholder for approval.

In the online box, the agent will be able to view the messages /
documents he ordered divided into categories from the worlds of
health and general insurance.
By clicking on the category, the agent will receive the message list.
12. Migdal CONNECT | Client Profile
In the client profile, the agent will be able to obtain
general information about the policyholder as well as
information about the areas in which the policyholder
has policies.
You can reach the customer profile by searching for the
customer in the main search bar or by clicking one
from the tasks/leads.
Information about the policies can now be obtained
under the various fields such as: life, managers,
pensions, etc.
