Position Detail Job Title: Sr. Learning & Development Practitioner
Responsibilities:
• Connect with members from throughout the Johnsonville organization and partner with them
to solve business challenges using OD/OL tools.
• Consult with internal customers to assess organizational learning needs. If a learning solution
is required, you get to collaboratively design that solution using the Johnsonville learning design
model.
• Consult, design, and facilitate Accelerated Collaboration & Execution (ACE) events. ACE uses
Human-Centered Design principles in large-group, collaborative environments to solve
business challenges.
• Facilitate classroom, blended, and e-learning (synchronous and asynchronous) programs as
part of a 70-20-10 philosophy of member development.
