- May 2012- May 2015: Office Manager
„ Addisol for Trading Agencies
Responsibilities:
1) Handling incoming / outgoing calls, correspondence and filing.
2) Manage front office operations.
3) Prepare memos, letters, invoices, reports, financial statements and additional
documents, by means of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation
software such as PowerPoint.
4) Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
5) Process client orders.
6) Create and maintain database records.
7) Train and supervise casual and clerical staff.
8) Updating & maintain the holiday, absence and training records of staff and salaries.
9) Banking transactions and documents collection from the bank.

- Administrative tasks:
1) Implementation and follow-up of management decisions.
2) Perform the tasks that are mandated by the General Management, for the
development of Human Resources as well as other departments.
3) Preparation of administrative organizational structures
- Personnel:
1) Save and follow-up personnel files and updated.
2) Save and follow-up and documentation of staff and keeping them updated.
3) The daily attendance and departure of the employees follow up.
4) Allowances and entitlements as of; leaves, departures, bonuses, rewards,
punishments and discharge settlements or any salary deductions for any of
the employees.
5) Letters of staff: experience certificates, or salary slips, bank letters,
warnings and alerts, employees end of services, and employees transfer.
6) Monitoring and follow up consistently to all departments and sections.
7) The preparation and auditing of payroll and all the procedures.
8) Custody control: its movements and adjust the delivery and receipt and its
disbursement to employees as well as its settlement
