Before the decision of our final residential location choice model, we tested how preferences of
residential location are different among age and income groups. Stratifying the sample of
households by age and income is helpful to identify some of the heterogeneity in housing
preferences among different market segments as well as investigate whether differences of location
preferences exist between different groups. All the household location choice models performed
reasonably well as shown in table 1, 2, and 3. The empirical results show that different age groups
have different residential location preferences. As shown in Table 1, the access to employment is
statistically significant and positive in Groups 1 and 3 but insignificant in Group 2. This result
implies that job opportunity is an important factor in the household residential location choice
decision, especially for the young and old household groups. On the other hand, households in
Group 2 do not tend to prefer the location where job opportunity is relatively good, although it is not
statistically significant. Rather, land price is positive and significant in Group 2, which means they
are likely to choose the location where land price is high. This may be because most households in
Group 2 consider their children's education in their residential location decision. In specific, good

Aircraft Artillery (AAA) during the Korean War, played a major role in supporting the war effort
during the Korean War. The AAA played an important role leading up to the war, during the war,

also known as "The King of Battle" dates back as far as the birth of the United States Army itself. At

On 25 June 1950, North Korea forces launched a surprise invasion on South Korea under the
command of Kim Il–sung and the North Korean People's Army. During this time, the North Korean
People's Army forced through the 38th parallel and pushed through the unprepared Republic of
Korea forces to the Southeast Pusan peninsula. The approximately 125 mile defensive perimeter
was where United Nation forces withdrew to by August, 1950 and held that Southeast position of
the peninsula. While UN forces were outnumbered, commanders were in search for a new course of
action that would help skew the war in favor of them. It was then General of the Army Douglas
MacArthur first envisioned his plan for what would become the Battle of Inchon. Inchon is located
in the Northwestern corner of modern South Korea and was a key location for the North Korean
forces. Inchon, located just 25 miles west of the nation's capital, Seoul, was a key location for North

I have a grown up surrounded by the bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation professions, as
my father has held his CPA for nearly 40 years and my parents operate two successful income tax
preparation offices. While in college, I eventually chose to complete a degree in finance, wanting to
branch away from accounting while still being able to take advantage of the knowledge gained from

On the 25th of June 1950, North Korea's Korean People's Army (NKPA), began its invasion of the
Republic of Korea, hastening the build up of ROK support from the UN and US. The US 7th Fleet
deployed from the Philippines to Korean waters, and US forces are authorized to conduct air and
naval operations in support of ROK, south of the 38th Parallel. North Korea wasted no time in

When 25th Infantry Division arrived, the 8th US Army HQ established in the then Pusan Base
Command, which would be renamed the Pusan Logistical Command and fell under the direction of
LTG Walker. ROK forces were delegated by UN Command to the 8th Army on July 17th and on
