This is also a British social realist film called “Fish Tank”. The poster sticks to the convention of using two
main colors of blue and pink, with this convention they have decided to use blue as the key color for the
title to allow the txt to stand out from the run down wall textured background image. They have also stuck
to the convention of having the main character on the poster to allow the reader to understand the time
period, class and status, this image also shows that the character is depressed suggesting that the film
could have a strong basis around depression.
