Candidate has a very strong knowledge of SEO and has had
experience with leading teams. The candidate stated that he has
experience in social media marketing and PPC, however these are
not his strong points and there is room for improvement on these
areas of digital marketing. Candidate is confident in leading a
team and guiding the team through various tasks and has a "can
do" attitude to improving his own skillset in order to benefit
himself and the team. My concerns are his lack of experience with
social media marketing and PPC but candidate is willing to learn
and understand these elements further.
