Sarah has a good basis to begin developing a long successful career; in her post with
us she was an excellent intern and delivered well on projects. I would like to see
Sarah develop professional confidence as I believe she was a very capable member

Yes, very competent in this area; Sarah had to work within the organisation and
externally in the business community and use her knowledge and ability to deliver
reasonable and practical solutions to a wide variety of clients.

Excellent team member and well able to deliver on projects after initial briefings.
Also a very good communicator and she sought clarification/assistance where
required. We were sorry to lose her as we felt she had great potential.

I found Sarah very amenable in relation to feedback, she worked in a team that had
a some dominant personalities, at weekly/monthly meetings Sarah was always
anxious to determine who much progress the team was making and whether it was
on track, she always welcomed feedback even if it required additional work.
9 Can you comment on the candidates’ ability to work under pressure?
This was perhaps less tested in Limerick County Council than in other jobs she has
had, however she had to prepare and deliver a public presentation within the
community which she little time to prepare on but in true Sarah style she delivered it
extremely well.
10 Can you comment on the candidates’ reliability?
Excellent – there were no time and attendance issues and Sarah was always
available and willing to travel to the different communities that she was involved with
as part of her assignment with us.
11 Can you comment on the candidates’ work ethic?
Yes – very strong. Sarah was very willing to learn from other colleagues more senior
to her in order to improve her own work output.

Yes – Sarah took direction very well and if she required clarification on duties she
sought it. She worked very well both on her own and as part of a team and was very
strong at delivery & in following direction from more senior team members.

with and she had excellent inter-personal skills which made community members
comfortable in her presence and therefore more likely to co-operate with her. Over
time I hope she grows in professional confidence as I believe she has a lot to offer
the work place. I was sorry to lose her.
