1. Problem Statement
Yasire need a proper a proper insight of corporate world during his study of
business administration. He is afraid of going for job without any experience. He
thinks u can’t be prepared for real world with only books.

2. Idea
Government should encourage private enterprises by giving incentive in tax.

3. Prototype1
Government should impose across the board tax to all public and
private enterprise. Tax would be to pay for amount for internship
allowance to young jobless graduates equal to 5% of their work force.
This tax would be refundable to those companies who would give that
number of internship .
And in order to motivate government will
send equal number of graduated free to that companies by paying
there stipends by self.

4. What worked?
Government can’t do this alone. They have to engage private
sectore, if they want t produce skilled and better graduates.

5. What could be improved?
More rationalize incentives can also be produced. Otherwise
idea is great to engage private sectors in training of young
graduates.

6. Question
What private sector will get from all this training.
How much these internees will contributes to there companies efficacy.
How much these programs would contribute to national income.
