1. My Dear Diary
I was impressed by the warm and friendly welcome the children from
School No.13 Sibiu gave me.

2. I told them about my country, Portugal, about my school in Leiria.

3. I stayed with them at a lot of lessons: English, Art, Math, etc.

4. I helped the children write the Christmas cards to send to the other
children from Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, and of
course to my school in Leiria.

5. I enjoyed together with the Romanian children the first snow and we had
a snowball fight.

6. Class 1 A and their teacher took me to the Natural Science Museum. I
saw dinosaurs but I wasn’t afraid at all.

7. My friends Radu and Tudor and their classmates took me to
McDonald’s to have a meal and meet the clown who gave us balloons.

8. I spend two weekends in Radu’s and Tudor’s houses and the whole
Christmas holiday with Eve. Eveline took me everywhere: to the skating
rink, the Mall, to the Children’s Town. There I went on the dodgem cars
alone.

9. I also helped the children to make the “little March amulets” which they
give their mothers, teachers, on 1st March. I was happy to receive one.
Now it’s time for a new European experience.
Good bye my Romanian friends.
I’ll miss you!
