advanced to the level that you don’t even have to read a
book. These days you can download books so that you can
listen to them whilst doing thing like running, swimming, etc.
▶ This allows you to read wherever and whenever you want.
This is the future of reading.
▶ Some people like to red on paper because it sticks in for
them better then a animated person reading I for them.

You can make it personal when you are
listen to your audio because you can
concentrate and understand what you
are listen to.
Your audio device has to be charged.
Some people find t easier to lean when
they are listening to things instead of
reading it.
You have to have data, Wi-Fi
connection to be able to access the
audio.
6. VIDEO
▶ Video is a moving picture with sound that you can view.
▶ Video is something that you can view with your eyes, you
normally watch videos to see what is going on in the world
or to learn how to do something. You normally get videos
on e-newspapers because it will give you more detail
about the story you are listening to. Some people like to
read the newspaper because they find it more interesting
when they read it on paper than on a digital device.

8. Graphics
Graphics are visual content that the person who is
using the device can touch or click to make the
content move around.
An example of graphics is an e-magazine because
when you are looking at an e-magazine you have
to click to change page or you can click on a piece
of information and it will zoom in to the piece of
information and make it easier to read. You can
sometime click on pictures and it will redirect you
to a new page.

The graphics are in colour so you can
see it in more depth but on a
newspapers are normally in black and
white.
The graphics look different on each
devices you look at it on.
It might help some people who have a
visual impairment see the image.
There could be to many pixels so it
makes the picture or video look to
pixelated and it does not look real.
10. LINKS
This item allows you to touch or click on. Then it
will redirect you to a new window or another
part of text you are looking at.
You would normally find links in an e-manual
because the e-manual has a contents page
that tells you where to find each part by
putting a number on the page so then you can
go straight to that page instead of going
through every page looking for what you want.
For my example i used the samsung galaxy s7
user manual it shows there to find each bit of
information you need with a number and that
number will take you to the page of where your
information you are looking for will be.
11. ADVANTAGE AND DISADVANTAGE OF
LINKS.

It could be a quick way to access a
website you use a lot.
Sometimes the links might be broken so
you cannot access the page you want.
You can sometimes put in a video link
so you would stream the link from the
page you are on without even leaving
the page.
Sometimes you cannot access it if you
don't have an internet connection.
It could make it easier to navigate
around a web page.
When you open a link sometimes a
pop will appear and it will get in
your way.

This item allows you to click on and touch the
item so you can control how the page
looks and how it moves.
An example for this is a digital comic
because you have to change the page to
carry on reading the comic and
sometimes you have to click on one of the
pictures to see what the comic is saying. Is
is an example of page navigation.

All of these interactives tools all work together and make things that are In your everyday life work. Some
people like to have a paper base news paper or magazine because they find it more easier and they like
the feel of paper. But there is some people who have to keep things simple and small so they use electronic
devices to access these, they do this because it is smaller than a paper copy, it is more efficient and it is
just simple. But when you have an electronic device there is some disadvantages too. Some of them are
that you have to have battery life, memory and sometimes internet connection other wise you cant access
it, but if you have a paper copy none of them factors come in. The user like to have control of the devices so
that’s why people like to a digital device because they can be the person to control what it is showing and
how it shows it.
