KHBL produces gum rosin and gum turpentine from its 52,683 hectare forest estate and processing factory in Aceh Province, Indonesia. The factory has an annual production capacity of 14,400 metric tons and produces gum rosin grade X and gum turpentine prime grade A. KHBL's gum rosin has a minimum softening point of 80°C and acid value between 178-186 mg KOH/g. The gum turpentine contains over 80% α-pinene and less than 2% water. KHBL aims to be a leader in agriculture, livestock, plantations and forestry in Indonesia.

PT. Kencana Hijau Bina Lestari (“KHBL”) is a privately-owned company which vision is to be the leader in farming,
livestock, plantation, forestry and tourism industry. In 2014, the company had signed an agreement with the Aceh
Forestry Department and obtain pine resin tapping and citronella grass planting permit in an area of 52,683ha in
