worries. Disappointing Q2 numbers from index heavy weights such as SBI, ONGC and Tata Steel aided to the bearish
sentiments causing key benchmarks to shed about 0.9% of their values.
United Spirits had made a fresh all time high today at Rs. 1425 after the reports of 53.4% stake sell to the Diageo for
USD 2 billion. For the September quarter, while the Net Sales increased by 19.85%, Net Profit dipped by 73.47% and
thereby NPM reduced to 1.76% as compared to 7.93% on y-o-y basis. The stock closed up by 1.22% on BSE.
