4.  Jollibee Group Foundation Staff and Volunteers
 Donors and Advocates
In organizing the BLT Parent Group, conduct the
following activities:
Finalize the Parent Grouping
- Form them into 5 Groups ( Monday- Friday)
- Each of these group will be responsible for
the daily tasks on a particular day
- Each group should elect a coordinator
BLT Parents Group Roles and Responsibilties
- Group Leader
- Preparation and Cooking
- Marketing
- Dishwashing
- Cleaning the kitchen and feeding area
Group Leader - Coordinate tasks for the day
-Disseminate information to other group
members
- Assist in all of the tasks

5. In serving the food:
1.The lunch for the day should already be set on the
table before the BLT pupils arrive.Put a set portion
of the food in each plate.
2.The pupils should line –up outside the feeding area
before they are ushered inside the feeding room.
3.A space should be reserved where pupils could
leave their belongings.
4.Check the attendance and the ID’s of the pupils.
5.Ensure that the pupils wash their hands before the
meal is eaten.
6.Allow the pupils to be seated in their places.
7.Advise the pupils to pray before the start of the
meal.
