Who is part of Network Operations function of the group which is solely responsible for providing error free internet connectivity from DSLAM end to the customer premises.  Thorough knowledge of IPTV & DSL solutions for IPTV & DSL service provider includes DSLAM, Switches, Routers, and Modems.  Skills in Network Management, LAN/ WAN/ Intranet/ Internet and Training.  Involved in Network planning and designing of line & wireless based data communication networks  Achieving KPI (SLA, Fault Rate, and Repeat) as per company parameter..  Developing MIS.  Baseline CTQs and finalize Targets/SLA  Chairing team conference calls  Knowledge Transfer/Training. Duties and Responsibilities  ADSL Installation, Configuration of DSL modem for multiple user requirement or when assigned VCI at modem is wrong  Monitoring of DSL signal and testing of DSL connection.  Perform re-wiring/re-routing of inside wire from the CBK or Station Protector to the location where the modem will be installed, in cases where the main telephone line is located far from the said location.  Conducting diagnostic test on customer's PC, such as SNR, Data Rate, Speed according to plan  Installation of PPPoE for single DSL line, configuration of individual static IP address for multiple DSL connection. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)  Efficient servicing and providing information update on products / services to customer  Developing and maintaining healthy relations with new & existing clients by improving delivery service quality.  Ensure quality delivery of projects to the clients.  Handling more than 75,000 Customer base.  Customer focused  Delighting the customer  Satisfying the customer  Meeting the customer’s need  Exceeding the customer’s need.  Giving the customer what they want, not what we think they want.
