- USER TEMPLATE INSTRUCTIONS: How to update to your own GO TEAM template. Click any on-screen text to customize: (money, calendar dates, names, messages, etc)… Above the visible scene (scroll up), is a column of text boxes for typing text associated with each step. Right click speech-bubble images to change to your own images: (team photos, a contributor’s photo, representations of the goals, etc)…. TO USE THE PRESENTATION: Run the presentation, clicking on the thermometer goal buttons (left screen) to animate. The button will turn color and reveal image and text information. (Speech-bubbles graphics will remain on the screen, lower text will change with each button). You can revisit lower text information at any time by again pressing any button. BUIDLER NOTES: Added MS Office Online Clip Art background image of inspirational scenery. (Right click on slide and Format Background, and choose picture from file). Drew a rectangle off-screen, and filled with quick style blue. Repeated for a total of 11 rectangles, slightly spaced apart and aligned in a vertical row. Drew text boxes on top of these to hold text details. (Optional as boxes in step 2 could also hold this text). Grouped all shapes and text boxes in steps 4 & 5. (This shows up as “Group 63” in the Custom Animation window). Drew two shapes over the background to create a mask around what will become a moving text-column. (A rectangle above and below the visible screen contains cropped background images, and are in front of where the text-column moves and appears). Drew thermometer shapes. Drew cylindrical shape for Button #1, and gave a Custom Animation from the Animation menu (Emphasis, Change Fill Color to red). Drew first speech bubble shape and filled with a clip art of team graphics from the Microsoft Office Online Clip Art, and gave it some goal-oriented text. Gave shape an Entrance animation called Light Speed (and sound effect downloaded from MS Office Online Clip Art and Media), to occur with the On Click of Button #1. Clicked the off -creen text column (Group 63), and gave this a series of animations when Button #1 is pressed: first an Exit/Fade Out (to pre-hide entire column), then a Motion Path (to bring the proper Answer into the chalkboard area), and lastly Entrance/Fade In (to reveal once more). Used Custom Animation window (at right) to alter Start and Speed of these in the proper chain of events. Continued this with the remaining buttons “2K” through “!!!”. Added a little fanfare animation and sound at the end.
