2.  Hello everyone,
My brother and I would like to say a few words
about α favourite topic of all people,
 Holidays who doesn’t wait for them? Holidays give us
a break from our routine and help us to refresh
ourselves and go back to work with renewed energy.
 They don’t only mean for enjoyment but also for
pursuing our hobbies and interests. During holidays
we can spend our time in any way we want.

3.  After working hard throughout the year,
both students and teachers eagerly await
for the summer holidays.
 We get holidays during winter as well as
summer. Winter break is the time when we
enjoy the festive season. We don’t go out
during winter break as we are busy
celebrating different festivals and especially
Christmas.

for most kids only
one thing is on their
mind. Summer
break! As they
finish up their
school the kids
prepare for long
lazy afternoons,
swimming, and just
being kids.

6.  During summer holidays many kids also take the
opportunity to make new friends, read a lot of
interesting books, and get to know a lot of useful
things.
 After long and relaxing holidays most kids feel
ready to get back to school .

8. • Winter Holidays, Do
you like the winter
holidays? Many people
enjoy the winter
holidays for different
reasons. I enjoy the
winter holidays because
we celebrate Christmas,
there is no school
during this season and
you can spend time with
your family and enjoy
the winter season.

9.  First of all, you have no stress. You could spend your
time playing video games and sports. We also don’t
have homework which means we have more free time.
 During the winter holidays another great thing is
that we get to spend time with family celebrating
Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
 We decorate the Christmas trees with shiny bright
ornaments, and “karavákia” (small Christmas ships) ,
we also make traditional sweets which symbolise
good luck for the New Year .
