Trump Campaign Research Paper
No, the title isn't a typo. Trump's campaign has for some time now not been about Trump. Also, it
does not matter if he wins anymore. This quick note on Trump's campaign will not follow the usual
musing over Trump's intentions, frequent flip–flops, or popularity. Neither will it turn ad hominem.
No, in the following few paragraphs I focus on two worrying affects the Trump–campaign already
has on political discourse in the USA. First, Trump functions as a mediator and enabler. Yes, Trump
is a popular, even mythical creature akin to other American celebrities who have K's in their first or
last names. Such celebrities enable people to enliven their most gullible selves. Celebrities posting
their business ideas and asking for loans on twitter is harmless enough. What worries me about
Trump is the hidden people he's legitimizing, enabling, and sometimes, encouraging to violence.
Say, for argument's sake, Trump becomes president. Can we imagine what his rowdy allies will do
when they realise it is not within his power to enact his promises? Even if such a horrifying near
future does not come to pass, which I hope it doesn't, then the second longer term ... Show more

Trump has given the smouldering voiceless a voice. In other words, he has connected a portion of
the populace which before, sometimes maybe even politely, would have abstained from public
outbursts against immigrants. Also, from stories circulating in the media and from focus groups we
know some people don't even tell their spouse or colleagues they're voting for Trump. Now, from
Trump's flip–flops on policies, I think it's safe to say that even he does not know what he thinks
about big issues. However, can you imagine what will happen if somebody who truly believes the
radical things Trump spews forth steps into this newly legitimated network and mobilises

Exemplification Essay: The Legacy Of Donald Trump
One of Donald Trump's big advantages now is that he has so many awful associates. No matter what
appointees he foists on us, there's always another pal who'd have been worse. If he names some
federal land–grabbing oilman as secretary of the interior, people are going to sigh with relief and
say, "At least it isn't Sarah Palin."
And Reince Priebus – until a few days ago Priebus was just the head of the Republican National
Committee, a seriously unexciting guy with a hard–to–pronounce name. Then he got picked to be
White House chief of staff at the same time Steve Bannon, the loathsome alt–right cheerleader, was
named chief strategy adviser. Everyone fell madly in love with Priebus, who was ... way less bad.

We've said goodbye to his political career so many times – Bridgegate, the ever–plummeting New
Jersey credit rating, the time he chased a heckler down the boardwalk waving an ice cream cone.
The doomed presidential race. The humiliating stint standing behind Trump at press conferences,
looking as if he'd been hit on the head with a mallet. Then he was exiled to the Trump transition
when nobody actually imagined there was going to be one.
Now it's here, and he's toast. It appears that Trump son–in–law Jared Kushner did not actually
forgive and forget that Christie sent his father to jail for tax evasion. Being a prosecutor was one of
the more righteous periods in Christie's life, but it turned out to be more damaging, careerwise, than
his habit of screaming at schoolteachers at public meetings.
Tweets aside, we have heard from Donald Trump only once this week – not counting the time he
went to eat at the 21 Club in Manhattan and promised one of the other well–heeled diners a tax
break. He was more expansive in a "60 Minutes" interview, clarifying his promise to "drain the
swamp" if he was elected. Many people thought he was talking about lobbyists. But apparently it
was just a passing reference to easing the regulations on inland

Corruption In America Research Paper
The modernization of America's beloved Constitution is responsible for, not only the division of our
society, but has lit a path to national downfall. Peaceful resistance to "unjustified" laws is nothing
more than a cover up for a person's inability to accept his or her role in our country. America is
suffering, and those same protestors that vow to be trying to "fix" the corruption, are the corruption.
Not only has this issue degraded our national image, but it has shown that a little adversity can be
our Achilles' heel. Ever since the recent election of Donald J. Trump, America has been caught in a
frenzy of unsatisfactory citizens. The countless streets of our nation have hosted protesters arguing
for a particular cause. The average person would see this as a good achievement for a group of ...

However, not always does someone have to be right, and someone wrong. The power of negotiation
and reason has gone extinct to these individuals, and protesting is a good thing? It may be effective,
but advancing as a whole with a bunch of separate groups is like trying to tell a class to read the
same book, but start on different pages. We must confide in authority instead of making accusations
without proof. The years have gone on, and people have lost any and all faith in our government and
its ability to change things. These acts of "peaceful resistance" have only further solidified the fact
that we will never have the trust in our authorities that we once did. If we don't trust in our officials,
then we are setting the foundation for another civil war. Thomas Paine's Common Sense explains the
amount of nationalism that should be present in every U.S. citizen. He exaggerates the positivity of
being different and isolating from British ways. Thing is, as he promoted the questioning of
authority, he still addressed that a unified country would be the only one to

Socialism: The American Dream
The United States is run primarily on the basis of capitalism, which means that trade is privately
owned, and not publicly. This shows that America, at its core, is not meant to be one nation–wide
charity or some massive equalizer for its citizens, it is supposed to be a place where one has the
opportunity to thrive, not the entitlement to. The American dream that we have all heard about is not
that you can live your life however you want to and have the end result of a big house with a white
picket fence and money in the bank. Much like a running race, this dream is about how everybody
starts at the same place, but not everybody finishes at the same point; at least theoretically. Donald
Trump was one of the embodiments of success and wealth in our society much before he was
considered a presidential candidate, and that is one of the main selling points for his ... Show more

I do not believe that anybody is entitled to anything more than the opportunity and means to
succeed. Where capitalism is about making a life for yourself, socialism is about entitlements. Ben
Shapiro said, "Socialism states that you owe me something simply because I exist. Capitalism, by
contrast, results in a sort of reality forced altruism: I may not want to help you, I may dislike you,
but if I don't give you a product or service you want, I will starve (n.p) ". I think this important for
people to know because it is easy to say that you want to erase all student debt and make college
free, but it is simply not fair to others. Other people are not responsible for my student debt; I took a
calculated risk and said that I will be able to make enough to pay off my debt, and have money left
over. As much as I would like everybody to have a great life, it is not my or anyone else's
responsibility to give someone that life that they

Donald Trump Stereotypes Analysis
With the upcoming election, Donald Trump's campaigns have caught the attention of the American
society. He has turned the 2016 presidential campaign into a unpredictable show, just the fact that he
is running for president with no political background is a joke itself. This sparked an interest in me
and I couldn't help but use this as a topic for my paper. In his bold and audacious speeches, Trump is
known to use stereotypes to draw in votes. Whether it is against women, Muslims, or Mexicans
Trump has said it all. So my journey begins first in asking, what is a stereotype? And how does a
stereotype affect a group of individuals? Thus leading to the question which drives my paper, how
does Trump's use of stereotypes affect a voter's opinion? As a voter myself I'm curious to see if ...

I went to Google and typed in "Donald Trump Stereotype speech" to find an article, Donald Trump

Mazzei and Lesley Clark. Mazzei, who has written for multiple news papers over the years,
specializes in politics and writes articles specifically directed toward anything that involved with
politics. Lesley Clark has also reported for many political events and has even gone to many events
at the White House. This article talks about how Trump Stereotypes Jewish people as being wealthy
and giving their money away to politicians but he tries to justify it by saying that his daughter is
Jewish. In the article it included quotes of him talking about how stingy Jewish people are and how
he does not need their money. This made me think of all the other people Trump has stereotype since
this was the most recent occurrence. After seeing the amount of people Trump has stereotyped, I

Common Good Questions
Final Exam America: Land of the free and home of the brave. That was the idea that the people had
hundreds of years ago. How they would feel now that we are a country that is enslaved to profit and
not the least bit brave when it comes to speaking truth. Mark Shield, author of the article "Missing:
Any Challenge for the Common Good," brings to the attention of how todays tactic of running
things has become more than a little undermining. The presidential campaign of 2016 has been no
more than a bumbling mess for the past few months. Republican front–runner and celebrity, Donald
Trump, has led his campaign with racist remarks and the promise of a wall he will not pay for, to
separate borders. While the popular vote of the Democratic Party, ... Show more content on

Some of who have brought what success this land has, to be what it is today. Many of who would be
looking at us in disappointment. The sole purpose of a leader is to lead their people to a better
future. Looking at this year's election has given the impression that our only concern for American is
entertainment and personal profit. Shields uses the line, "Our culture has devalued individual
sacrifice for the common good," in his article and it is true. The look on the American appeal for the
common good has been distorted and is now a blur that we look past. Another problem that we are
facing is the fact that we are all under the influence. All of the big voices that we are listening to are
trying to impose their opinions and outlooks into being our own. They are trying to use their opinion
to quiet ours. "Politics brims with examples of one side's efforts to impose its ethical values on the
other," Another line from Shields article. Throughout America's history there have been brilliant
voices, Martin Luther King Jr., Franklin Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, and many more. Though that
is entire difference between them and the voices today. They were brilliant. That is not to say that
the candidates today are not intelligent. The difference between brilliant and intelligent is that one
outshines the other. These men were not in power for the power, they were in power for the people.
This is an idea that is forgotten in today's

Summary Of Amusing Ourselves To Death
Growing up as a child my mom made a habit of watching the morning news regardless of the events
taking place in America. Whether my mom watched the news for entertainment purposes or just to
see what was significant to her has been left unanswered. I start my paragraph to prove a point that
Neil Postman makes in his book, Amusing Ourselves to Death. In Postman's book, he argues that the
news today is for entertainment and it is irrelevant to the people who obtain it. Postman's character,
Henry David Thoreau gives an example of Postman's debate stating, "Perchance the first news that
will leak into the flapping American ear will be that Princess Adelaide has the whooping cough."
Which reminds me of a news segment I observed on News 7, January 25, 2017. The segment
affirmed that a birth ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

reflection and the captivating expression of the news– adorable news anchors, amiable music,
brilliant transitions– only reinforce the idea that the information we receive isn't considered in the
context of our lives. Postman articulates that the now this are words such as but not limited to, back

segment from News 7 I witnessed the rapid transitions that Postman speaks of. Each segment lasted
a total of perhaps nine seconds which told me it wasn't crucial. Then the topic of the Mosque
shooting in Quebec City, Canada made an appearance across the screen. This segment endured a
time frame of approximately five minutes, longer than any other news article on News 7. If a topic

Lastly, each article differs in the way they reveal their overall purpose. Cohen's article, for example,
puts his main focus towards defending the craft that he has dedicated his entire life to perfecting,
along with manipulating his audience into believing a straw man that he set up in his article. The
straw man, of course, was President Trump, and Cohen continuously used diatribe in order to lessen
the president's stature. After Cohen had lowered Trump's credibility, Cohen used a questioning
strategy to manipulate his audience even more into thinking that Trump is on the same path as Hitler
was under his rule of Nazi Germany. In the end, Cohen's purpose was directed at persuading his

Donald Trump was born in 1946; Donald Trump was raised in the post–World War II era as the son
of New York real estate developer Fred Trump. After attending the University of Pennsylvania,
Donald officially joined his father in the family business, rechristening it The Trump Organization
when he took over in 1971. Since then the business mogul has held a variety of careers such as
reality television host, hotelier, and even casino magnate. Trump is front and center in the minds of
today's media consumers because of his newest aspiration; becoming President of the United States.
Today, the Donald as he refers to himself, is worth nearly $4.1 billion dollars though he initially
placed the number at closer to $9 billion when he announced his candidacy in early June in front of

announcement that Donald Trump had been fired from "The Celebrity Apprentice"; stating that "the

disparaging remarks about illegal immigrants. As stated on a CNN Money broadcast, "Trump the

The Worst Thing For America Essay
Donald Trump: The Worst Thing For America
The election of 2016 will always be remembered. This election will go into the history books written
one of two ways; either as one of the best elections to happen in modern time or as the nation's
worst election of all time. Donald Trump, our president elect, won with an unbelieveable electoral
map. He battled the many other possible candidates that could have been president and then he beat
Hillary Clinton. Trump, someone who idols Vladimir Putin, insults everyone among the nation
including religions, an entire mexican population, and women. This man tweets insults or states
explicitly that " I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose
voters." (Trump) Really? This ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The female population makes up almost 43% of the voting population in America. Insulting one
woman may as well be insulting all women, especially when Trump stated that a woman was
disgusting because she was pumping milk. The insults go on and on whether it be toward a race,
religion, or sex. The thought that a man has called women dogs, slobs, and fat pigs is outlandish and
horrid. Someone wanting to become president should refrain from insulting anyone. Women are not
some bystanders without a voice anymore; we do have an opinion, we do have a voice and being
called a dog or slobs is an issue for all women everywhere. On April 16, 2015 Donald Trump
tweeted "If Hillary Clinton can not satisfy her husband what makes you think she can satisfy
America?" This tweet was in reference to Mr. Clinton's Monica Lewinsky affair, but to try and insult
a highly regarded and respected Secretary of State is appalling. Regarding Megyn Kelly, another
victim of Mr. Trump's insults, Trump clearly stated that "You could see there was blood coming out
of her eyes. Blood coming out of her wherever." This statement is not only sexist towards a
respected news anchor but rude and

Donald Trump's Politically Incorrect: A Fantasy Advantage?
Politically Incorrect – A Fantasy Advantage
In the 2016 presidential election, there are a lot of controversial issues to be dealt with. In past
elections it has always been a sort of a joke amongst Americans that Donald Trump will run for
president, the idea was never taken seriously. However, Trump officially announced his candidacy in
June, 2015 shocking the nation. In this essay Donald Trump's campaign will be analyzed from
popular debates, to Saturday Night Live skits. It seems as if Trump's entire campaign has appealed
to many American's who insist that The United States is not as great as it use to be, deeming it
necessary to put different types of reform in place. Thus, being the whole base of Donald Trump's
candidacy. While garnering ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
One of the biggest things to be considered are the policies in which the candidates believe in and the
reforms, if any, they want to put into place. Donald Trump has several reforms he wants to enact.
Like Immigration, Taxation and Healthcare reforms. The most controversial and widely known is
his Immigration reform plan. With this plan he concludes that a nation who does not put its citizens
first, is not a nation. He intends to put the working American people first (Trump, 2015). It does not
sound too terrible, does it? Well, not until he opens his mouth. By openly speaking about the subject
he does not seem to think at all before speaking, "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending
the best. They're not sending you, they're sending people that have lots of problems and they're
bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bring crime. They're rapists... And
some, I assume, are good people." (Trump, 2016) When running for President you will offend
people regardless, but one must control how much offending one does. With Trump, he does not
think about this at all. His immigration policy might make sense on paper, but these days that is not
what the average American voter looks at. Everything is presented through media such as, news
channels, television shows, and social media; which is ultimately where the people of The United
States and countless other countries sum up their opinions of the candidates, often times being brutal
opinions. With the position of power Donald Trump is already in, one would like to think he is at
least a little smart, right? Well, when it comes to his actual plan for immigration reform, that might
make you think twice. Trumps insists that the reason so many American's are unemployed are
because of the illegal immigrants from Mexico stealing jobs, to solve this he wants to build a

Hilary Clinton's End
The circus that has captivated our attention for over a year has finally ceased. On Tuesday night, the
Presidential Election came to an end, with Trump coming out victorious. The three articles by the
New York Times depict how the majority of America felt before and after the election.
The first article, written the day before the election by Michael Barbaro, Ashley Parker and Amy
Chozick, was titled, "Optimism From Hilary Clinton and Darkness From Donald Trump at
Campaign's End". The title of this piece oozed the confidence that Hilary Clinton would win the
Presidential Election. The article portrays the election as over, with Hilary Clinton coming out
victorious. Throughout the piece the authors used a story telling tone. For instance, they used
embellishing words like, "frenzied, clashing, sprawling" (Barbaro). The New York Times certainty
of Hilary winning is shown through multiple quotes. To illustrate this, the authors write about ...

you can hear the emotion seeping out in the words they choose. One example of this is when they
write, "Trump's election was met with a mix of shock, uncertainty and some congratulations"
(Rappeport). Although the co–authors try to stay positive they also write that, "Senate Democrats
would be powerless to filibuster" (Rappeport). The pain of the authors expresses how a majority of

In his article "Why Don't We Complain?" William F.Buckley, Jr. describes the increasingly timid
behaviour amoung Americans in inconsequential everyday events. Buckley further illustrates this
shy behaviour by recounting multiple personal anecdotes; Buckley then attempts to link this
helpless, as he calls it, behavior to the increasing level of political indifference within the United

Hillary Clinton Trump Persuasive Essay
Americans take their right from the first amendment very seriously; freedom of speech. Politics is
one of the most controversial topics especially in the United States. With the two candidates running
this year –Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump––it is no surprise it brings up such a dispute. In 2012,
almost 130 million Americans casted a vote for the presidential election. With all the argument
between voters and nonvoters, it brings a lot more pressure onto Trump and Clinton to try to gain
supports and make themselves look better than the other. By doing this, they create ads to reach
those they have not yet convinced to be on their team. As we all know, Donald Trump loves to give
people a hard time and bring down whoever is not like him. But Hillary Clinton gave him a taste of
his own medicine in her advertisement, Role Models. In the 2016 political ad "Role Models" by
Hillary Clinton, she is successful in criticizing Donald Trump to favor herself by the use of lighting,
facial expressions, and direct quotes.. Lighting in this advertisement is a key in demonstrating the
difference between the two candidates. As seen in the first 40 seconds of the video, Donald Trump is

The Trump Empire : A Into The Riches Of Donald Trump Essay
The Trump Empire: A peep into the riches of Donald Trump
When asked the question 'what do you worth?' during a TV interview, Donald Trump replied, 'well I
don't know. It's really hard to say what do you worth, but I'd say well over six billion dollars. At
least six billion dollars, and probably higher than that.' When followed by the question, 'what is in
the Trump Empire now?' he replied, 'well we have a lot of things. Lots and lots of land, lots of good
buildings. We have a brand which is very valuable.'
He's 64, but Donald Trump still has one driving ambition– Golf. To him, golf is more than just a
game. In the past he had a lot of success in the game. He likes building golf courses more than he
likes playing. He owns multiple golf courses all over America. He already owns 9 golf courses in
United States and is now willing to expand his collection to Scotland. Trump bought himself a 114
acres plot in Scotland where he wants to build 715 million pound golf resort with a luxury hotel and
hundreds of budget homes. It is one of the most ambitious project of Donald Trump. The fact that
his mother hails from Scotland is a driving force behind this project.

Analysis Of 5 Reasons To Vote For Trump By Nicholas Kristof
hose to work on this article, "5 Reasons to Vote for Trump" by Nicholas Kristof at the New York
Times, because I found interesting the fact that it uses satire. It gives 5 reason why one should vote
for Donald Trump, but they are reasons that are not ones that one would actually want in a president,
however, it gives outrages explanations to justify them. I believe this whole article in general is
biased. The title "5 Reasons to Vote for Trump" makes one believe they will get 5 legit reason as to
why Trump should be president, as you start reading one realizes that they are reasons, but not
favorable ones. In this article the reporter is making subjective comments about a presidential
candidate, thus favoring their opponent. Words that came

Donald Trump's Campaign Against Hillary Clinton
Donald Trump has run a very long and very hard fought campaign against his opponent Hillary
Clinton. His closing acceptance speech has shown us how much his character has drastically
changed in contrast to how he ran his entire campaign. Throughout his campaign to become
president Donald Trump degraded women, bashed the disabled, and had plans to build walls to keep
families from being together. He seems to be everything we didn't need for our next president and
now shockingly enough in his winning acceptance speech he has become a whole new man,
thanking and congratulating the Clinton campaign and posing as a humble acceptor of his new
presidential title. As Donald Trump thanked and congratulated the Clinton campaign after winning
the 2016 presidential election we saw a remarkable change in his character. This sudden shift raises
the concern of many Americans wondering why he has suddenly changed his plans for his
presidential reign versus how he ran his campaign. Donald Trump's campaign was thought of as a
joke all the way up until he was actually elected as our next president of the United States of
America. People even went so far as to vote for him as a joke and now that he's been elected they

Americans are not going to stand idly by and watch their own American Dreams succumb to the
atrocities of Trumps campaign. The American Dream is defined as "the ideal that every US citizen
should have an equal opportunity to achieve success and prosperity through hard work,
determination, and initiative." (2) The only reason the American Dream is even a title given to our
country is due to the fact that we had immigrants come to this country to help build and create it and
Trump's campaign to presidency sought only to degrade and demolish that. His unusual change in
character is outlandishly incongruent in comparison to his

countries.
In the Article, " How dangerous is 'Comey memo' for Trump?" it states the current status of
President Trumps legal problems over the past few weeks. It starts will explaining how the White

Trump is the roughest, toughest man in the race. Donald Trump is the only candidate who can beat

Trump believes America is bankrupt, and America needs a successful businessman to improve the
country. Trump says he wins and wins and wins. However, Donald Trump is not a success; Donald
Trump is not a rags–to–riches story. Donald Trump has incurred a plethora of business failures. For
example, Trump Vodka, Trump Airlines, Trump Ice, Trump Magazine, Trump University, Trump
Mortgage, and Trump Casinos all failed ("Top 10 Donald Trump Failures" 1). How can Donald
Trump expect to bring so many wins to America when Trump has had so many failures? Similarly,
Donald Trump has faced several bankruptcies. Trump's Taj Mahal declared bankruptcy after racking
up three billion dollars of debt. Trump's Plaza Hotel declared bankruptcy after racking 550 million
dollars of debt. Trump's Hotels and Casinos declared bankruptcy after racking up two billion dollars
of debt (Swanson, pars. 1–7). Unfortunately, if Donald Trump becomes president and bankrupts
America, America can't just declare bankruptcy and fire him. In a time when the United States is 19
trillion dollars in debt, America does not need someone who creates more mountains of debt. Next,
Donald Trump believes he is self–made. However, Donald Trump started off with a one million
dollar loan from his dad. One million dollars then is equivalent to six million dollars today. Donald
Trump also received a share of his dad's successful estate business; Donald Trump's estimated share
of the company was 40 million dollars. A decade later, Trump's net worth was estimated to be 200
million dollars because of share in his dad's successful estate business. Presently, Donald Trump has
an estimated net worth of 3 billion dollars. Donald Trump says this is proof of his success. Except,
according to Forbes, "If Donald Trump had put his $200 million in a mutual fund, he would be
worth $8 billion today" (Carter 1). Unfortunately, Donald

Maher went on to add,
The biggest difference between the two men is that Trump is the most thin–skinned person in human
history, and reacts to the smallest slight with the hair–trigger wounded ego of a male flight
attendant, whereas Ted Cruz is immune to insults because he's learned to live in a world where
everyone–everywhere–has always hated him.
As the GOP continues to implode, and as a field of 17 Republican candidates is narrowed down to
three, one of whom, John Kasich, has virtually zero chance of capturing enough votes to ensure
nomination, the very real prospect on a Trump or Cruz Presidency becoming reality is pretty
terrifying. Thankfully we have people like Bill Maher to keep us laughing as the political world

Cyber-Bullying: A Federal Crime
What would you do if you see someone doing something wrong online? How you will react? Some
people think that criticism is cyber–bullying. Personally, I think cyber–bullying is just a criticism
and different opinions from random people about something we did. This is why cyber–bullying
cannot be a federal crime. In this present time, people usually post and share videos online and
sometimes those videos contain bad or shameful content. According to that, the public react to those
videos in a varied response that could be aggressive. What I am trying to say is there is reasons why
people cyber–bully each others such as it could stop a bad behavior in someone, it could be away of
self–expression or a self–defense mechanism, or it could make you famous.
One of the major reasons of cyber–bulling is shaming bad behaviors. You may ask yourself how that
could help the society positively. For example, we recently read about the "Dog poop Girl" and how
this South Korean girl refused to pick up her dog poop from the subway, misfortunately another
passenger captured the act on a cell phone and posted online, which made it a viral video. The girl,
who was a student, had been rebuked online on her bad act. As a result, in the future everyone will
think twice before they throw or lift garbage in public places. Therefore, we can ... Show more

Pros And Cons Of Donald Trump
"I will build a great wall – and nobody builds walls better than me, believe me – and I'll build them
very inexpensively. I will build a great, great wall on our southern border, and I will make Mexico

do? I believe we should stop Donald Trump from being able to do this and choose to vote for Hillary
Clinton.
First off, Donald Trump is a businessman not a politician. He treats all people of color as if they are
immigrants or terrorists. Trump says he wants Americans to feel safe from immigrants, but he really
wants america to be a white only country. Treating woman with no respect is not what we want for
our future. If he becomes president he wants to end Obama's two illegal executive amnesties. He
will insure that all all immigration laws will be enforced. Anyone who enters the U.S. illegally is
subject to deportation, also he will make sure all illegal immigrants will be deported the minute they

Donald Trump: The Guilty Of Racial Discrimination
There is only one race: the human race. However, throughout history, we have separated ourselves
in order to make some of us superior to others (Elliott). Over time, people began to use race to
justify discrimination, hatred, and oppression. Subsequently, the tendencies to create stereotypes
based on a person's skin color, and the outright discrimination against a certain group of people are
still present today. In direct response to the recent presidential election, racism has been brought
again to the forefront of American media.

reason he has such a vast amount of white supremacist supporters. He has a long, running history of

Rather, it appears in the mindset of bigots, like Donald Trump, who insist that people of color are
flawed in some sense. Cramped within the small print of legal work, superintendents and businesses
can be found charging more for rent and services, simply because of the color of a person's skin.
Trump's company is one of the many guilty of racism, and has been sued many times for
discriminatory behavior. The Trump Management Corporation was accused of giving different
rental terms and conditions to black rental candidates than it did to white rental candidates, by
telling black buyers that apartments were unavailable. In 1973, the Justice Department sued the
company for these alleged racial discriminations against African American people, and two years
later, without admitting guilt, the company settled the lawsuit. But just three years after that, the
Justice Department again sued for alleged discrimination against black applicants. There have also
been accounts at the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino of managers removing African American card
dealers at the request of big–spending gamblers. This led to other many other accusations. Kip
Brown, a former employee told a reporter, "When Donald and Ivana came to the casino, the bosses
would order all the black people off the floor." (O'Connor and

That is until federal agents found out that Trumps foreign policy adviser, George Papadopoulos, had
been lying to them (Ward, 2017). Papadopoulos repeatedly told the F.B.I. that he wasn't in any
contact with Russia during the 2016 election. To this day he was apparently still contacting Russia
because someone there said that they would go and tell him some secrets about Hillary Clinton's

on July 27th. According to Vox.com Papadopoulos originally pleaded guilty to the charges, but did
not formally announce this until October 5th. And even after the formal plea a special council
member, Robert Mueller, somehow got it the court to keep silent because he didn't want the
President's reputation to be damaged (Ward, 2017). Now that it has been uncovered everybody is

Argumentative Essay On Donald Trump
"Not my president." A popular slogan that rang through the streets as angry protesters marched. For
the night before, Donald Trump was elected the forty–fifth president of the United State. Trump lead
his victory with 306 electoral votes, which towered over his competitor's, Hillary Clinton, votes of
232 (Presidential). Donald Trump has always been in the public eye, for he made himself known for
his realtor business and appearing on the show The Apprentice. With the rise of his company, Trump
could be seen as more of a businessman than a politician. Although he joked a lot during the 1980s
about running for president, he did not officially run until 2015 (The Editor). For his appalling
actions in office towards people of different race, religion, and sexual orientation, his ignorant
decision making when it comes to the economy, and his blatant disregard for any human being,
Donald Trump is unfit to lead this country.
Donald Trump has made his negative feelings quite clear about immigrants in America. On January
27 of 2017, he pursued a ban that made it so terrorists couldn't enter the countries. The ban was
titled, "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorists Entry into the United States." Trump
prohibited entry from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen. Otherwise known as
countries with a high population of Muslims. When Trump first attempted to issue a travel ban, he
revoked as many as 60,000 visa participates (Baker). On September 24 of 2017, Trump

Speech On Racism In Sports
Without a doubt, we look at athletes today and from the past as if they are larger than life
individuals. They show their personality through talent no matter what they play; some are better
than others, for example some can kick or throw. However, at the end of the day they all have a
different voice and a different story. People expect them to turn a blind eye to everyday events
because of their status. People think of athletes as celebrities, they say they do not go through the
same struggles as everyday people. That statement is far from the truth when it pertains to the issue
of racism. Racism has been an unresolved problem for years whether it is in sports or athletes
speaking for what they believe. Racism has had a big impact on sports such as Germany hosting the
olympics and cheating, N.B.A. owners thinking they rule over their players, and the hidden
discrimination that happens in locker rooms. Many times athletes have stood up for what they
believed just to be shot down. Nowhere in their contracts does it state that because they are
professionals that they must compromise their freedom of speech. Whether it be refusing to meet
with the president, speaking out on racial injustices, or not standing for the national anthem, athletes
have a strong voice in the fight against discrimination and other traumatic events. The fight for
equality in sports and throughout America is a process that includes multiple organizations, the
reaction of authority figures, and

The Influence Of Social Perception In America
In America, one of the most important characteristics regarding this country would be the way
people perceive our nation's leaders, such as the president. Ideally, it would be beneficial to
American citizens that the nation's leader be perceived in a positive light with accompanying
characteristics such as strong, intelligent, caring, motivated, likeable, experienced, etc. It is evident,
however, that different people hold different views about each individual president. This is because
humans are capable of forming impressions of other individuals without ever meeting them based on
the behaviors, choices, and mannerisms of that other person. In fact, to observe various
psychological phenomena that influence social perception in this world,

Trump Campaign Research Paper

  • 1. Trump Campaign Research Paper No, the title isn't a typo. Trump's campaign has for some time now not been about Trump. Also, it does not matter if he wins anymore. This quick note on Trump's campaign will not follow the usual musing over Trump's intentions, frequent flip–flops, or popularity. Neither will it turn ad hominem. No, in the following few paragraphs I focus on two worrying affects the Trump–campaign already has on political discourse in the USA. First, Trump functions as a mediator and enabler. Yes, Trump is a popular, even mythical creature akin to other American celebrities who have K's in their first or last names. Such celebrities enable people to enliven their most gullible selves. Celebrities posting their business ideas and asking for loans on twitter is harmless enough. What worries me about Trump is the hidden people he's legitimizing, enabling, and sometimes, encouraging to violence. Say, for argument's sake, Trump becomes president. Can we imagine what his rowdy allies will do when they realise it is not within his power to enact his promises? Even if such a horrifying near future does not come to pass, which I hope it doesn't, then the second longer term ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Trump has given the smouldering voiceless a voice. In other words, he has connected a portion of the populace which before, sometimes maybe even politely, would have abstained from public outbursts against immigrants. Also, from stories circulating in the media and from focus groups we know some people don't even tell their spouse or colleagues they're voting for Trump. Now, from Trump's flip–flops on policies, I think it's safe to say that even he does not know what he thinks about big issues. However, can you imagine what will happen if somebody who truly believes the radical things Trump spews forth steps into this newly legitimated network and mobilises ... • 3. Exemplification Essay: The Legacy Of Donald Trump One of Donald Trump's big advantages now is that he has so many awful associates. No matter what appointees he foists on us, there's always another pal who'd have been worse. If he names some federal land–grabbing oilman as secretary of the interior, people are going to sigh with relief and say, "At least it isn't Sarah Palin." And Reince Priebus – until a few days ago Priebus was just the head of the Republican National Committee, a seriously unexciting guy with a hard–to–pronounce name. Then he got picked to be White House chief of staff at the same time Steve Bannon, the loathsome alt–right cheerleader, was named chief strategy adviser. Everyone fell madly in love with Priebus, who was ... way less bad. The whole world is watching the Trump ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... We've said goodbye to his political career so many times – Bridgegate, the ever–plummeting New Jersey credit rating, the time he chased a heckler down the boardwalk waving an ice cream cone. The doomed presidential race. The humiliating stint standing behind Trump at press conferences, looking as if he'd been hit on the head with a mallet. Then he was exiled to the Trump transition when nobody actually imagined there was going to be one. Now it's here, and he's toast. It appears that Trump son–in–law Jared Kushner did not actually forgive and forget that Christie sent his father to jail for tax evasion. Being a prosecutor was one of the more righteous periods in Christie's life, but it turned out to be more damaging, careerwise, than his habit of screaming at schoolteachers at public meetings. Tweets aside, we have heard from Donald Trump only once this week – not counting the time he went to eat at the 21 Club in Manhattan and promised one of the other well–heeled diners a tax break. He was more expansive in a "60 Minutes" interview, clarifying his promise to "drain the swamp" if he was elected. Many people thought he was talking about lobbyists. But apparently it was just a passing reference to easing the regulations on inland ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 5. Corruption In America Research Paper The modernization of America's beloved Constitution is responsible for, not only the division of our society, but has lit a path to national downfall. Peaceful resistance to "unjustified" laws is nothing more than a cover up for a person's inability to accept his or her role in our country. America is suffering, and those same protestors that vow to be trying to "fix" the corruption, are the corruption. Not only has this issue degraded our national image, but it has shown that a little adversity can be our Achilles' heel. Ever since the recent election of Donald J. Trump, America has been caught in a frenzy of unsatisfactory citizens. The countless streets of our nation have hosted protesters arguing for a particular cause. The average person would see this as a good achievement for a group of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... However, not always does someone have to be right, and someone wrong. The power of negotiation and reason has gone extinct to these individuals, and protesting is a good thing? It may be effective, but advancing as a whole with a bunch of separate groups is like trying to tell a class to read the same book, but start on different pages. We must confide in authority instead of making accusations without proof. The years have gone on, and people have lost any and all faith in our government and its ability to change things. These acts of "peaceful resistance" have only further solidified the fact that we will never have the trust in our authorities that we once did. If we don't trust in our officials, then we are setting the foundation for another civil war. Thomas Paine's Common Sense explains the amount of nationalism that should be present in every U.S. citizen. He exaggerates the positivity of being different and isolating from British ways. Thing is, as he promoted the questioning of authority, he still addressed that a unified country would be the only one to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 7. Socialism: The American Dream The United States is run primarily on the basis of capitalism, which means that trade is privately owned, and not publicly. This shows that America, at its core, is not meant to be one nation–wide charity or some massive equalizer for its citizens, it is supposed to be a place where one has the opportunity to thrive, not the entitlement to. The American dream that we have all heard about is not that you can live your life however you want to and have the end result of a big house with a white picket fence and money in the bank. Much like a running race, this dream is about how everybody starts at the same place, but not everybody finishes at the same point; at least theoretically. Donald Trump was one of the embodiments of success and wealth in our society much before he was considered a presidential candidate, and that is one of the main selling points for his ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I do not believe that anybody is entitled to anything more than the opportunity and means to succeed. Where capitalism is about making a life for yourself, socialism is about entitlements. Ben Shapiro said, "Socialism states that you owe me something simply because I exist. Capitalism, by contrast, results in a sort of reality forced altruism: I may not want to help you, I may dislike you, but if I don't give you a product or service you want, I will starve (n.p) ". I think this important for people to know because it is easy to say that you want to erase all student debt and make college free, but it is simply not fair to others. Other people are not responsible for my student debt; I took a calculated risk and said that I will be able to make enough to pay off my debt, and have money left over. As much as I would like everybody to have a great life, it is not my or anyone else's responsibility to give someone that life that they ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 9. Donald Trump Stereotypes Analysis With the upcoming election, Donald Trump's campaigns have caught the attention of the American society. He has turned the 2016 presidential campaign into a unpredictable show, just the fact that he is running for president with no political background is a joke itself. This sparked an interest in me and I couldn't help but use this as a topic for my paper. In his bold and audacious speeches, Trump is known to use stereotypes to draw in votes. Whether it is against women, Muslims, or Mexicans Trump has said it all. So my journey begins first in asking, what is a stereotype? And how does a stereotype affect a group of individuals? Thus leading to the question which drives my paper, how does Trump's use of stereotypes affect a voter's opinion? As a voter myself I'm curious to see if ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I went to Google and typed in "Donald Trump Stereotype speech" to find an article, Donald Trump Stereotypes Jews in Speech to Republican Jewish Coalition" written in the Miami Herald by Patricia Mazzei and Lesley Clark. Mazzei, who has written for multiple news papers over the years, specializes in politics and writes articles specifically directed toward anything that involved with politics. Lesley Clark has also reported for many political events and has even gone to many events at the White House. This article talks about how Trump Stereotypes Jewish people as being wealthy and giving their money away to politicians but he tries to justify it by saying that his daughter is Jewish. In the article it included quotes of him talking about how stingy Jewish people are and how he does not need their money. This made me think of all the other people Trump has stereotype since this was the most recent occurrence. After seeing the amount of people Trump has stereotyped, I wonder if he is insecure and it's almost his way of bullying minorities so that Americans can side with ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 11. Common Good Questions Final Exam America: Land of the free and home of the brave. That was the idea that the people had hundreds of years ago. How they would feel now that we are a country that is enslaved to profit and not the least bit brave when it comes to speaking truth. Mark Shield, author of the article "Missing: Any Challenge for the Common Good," brings to the attention of how todays tactic of running things has become more than a little undermining. The presidential campaign of 2016 has been no more than a bumbling mess for the past few months. Republican front–runner and celebrity, Donald Trump, has led his campaign with racist remarks and the promise of a wall he will not pay for, to separate borders. While the popular vote of the Democratic Party, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Some of who have brought what success this land has, to be what it is today. Many of who would be looking at us in disappointment. The sole purpose of a leader is to lead their people to a better future. Looking at this year's election has given the impression that our only concern for American is entertainment and personal profit. Shields uses the line, "Our culture has devalued individual sacrifice for the common good," in his article and it is true. The look on the American appeal for the common good has been distorted and is now a blur that we look past. Another problem that we are facing is the fact that we are all under the influence. All of the big voices that we are listening to are trying to impose their opinions and outlooks into being our own. They are trying to use their opinion to quiet ours. "Politics brims with examples of one side's efforts to impose its ethical values on the other," Another line from Shields article. Throughout America's history there have been brilliant voices, Martin Luther King Jr., Franklin Roosevelt, Abraham Lincoln, and many more. Though that is entire difference between them and the voices today. They were brilliant. That is not to say that the candidates today are not intelligent. The difference between brilliant and intelligent is that one outshines the other. These men were not in power for the power, they were in power for the people. • 13. Summary Of Amusing Ourselves To Death Growing up as a child my mom made a habit of watching the morning news regardless of the events taking place in America. Whether my mom watched the news for entertainment purposes or just to see what was significant to her has been left unanswered. I start my paragraph to prove a point that Neil Postman makes in his book, Amusing Ourselves to Death. In Postman's book, he argues that the news today is for entertainment and it is irrelevant to the people who obtain it. Postman's character, Henry David Thoreau gives an example of Postman's debate stating, "Perchance the first news that will leak into the flapping American ear will be that Princess Adelaide has the whooping cough." Which reminds me of a news segment I observed on News 7, January 25, 2017. The segment affirmed that a birth ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... He decries how we are presented not only with fragmented news but news without context, consequences, value, leaving behind crucial seriousness. The most abhorrent story yet will only receive a short bit of attention only to be abstracted from the next story. There is no time for reflection and the captivating expression of the news– adorable news anchors, amiable music, brilliant transitions– only reinforce the idea that the information we receive isn't considered in the context of our lives. Postman articulates that the now this are words such as but not limited to, back to you, I'm going to leave it here, and that does it for now. In addition after reviewing the news segment from News 7 I witnessed the rapid transitions that Postman speaks of. Each segment lasted a total of perhaps nine seconds which told me it wasn't crucial. Then the topic of the Mosque shooting in Quebec City, Canada made an appearance across the screen. This segment endured a time frame of approximately five minutes, longer than any other news article on News 7. • 15. Cohen's Rhetorical Analysis: Cohen Vs. Cohen Lastly, each article differs in the way they reveal their overall purpose. Cohen's article, for example, puts his main focus towards defending the craft that he has dedicated his entire life to perfecting, along with manipulating his audience into believing a straw man that he set up in his article. The straw man, of course, was President Trump, and Cohen continuously used diatribe in order to lessen the president's stature. After Cohen had lowered Trump's credibility, Cohen used a questioning strategy to manipulate his audience even more into thinking that Trump is on the same path as Hitler was under his rule of Nazi Germany. After attending the University of Pennsylvania, Donald officially joined his father in the family business, rechristening it The Trump Organization when he took over in 1971. Since then the business mogul has held a variety of careers such as reality television host, hotelier, and even casino magnate. Trump is front and center in the minds of today's media consumers because of his newest aspiration; becoming President of the United States. Today, the Donald as he refers to himself, is worth nearly $4.1 billion dollars though he initially placed the number at closer to $9 billion when he announced his candidacy in early June in front of his towering slash into the Manhattan skyline, ... In September 2015, NBC made an announcement that they had officially replaced Trump with the actor and twice–elected California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger, as the new host of the Apprentice. • 19. The Worst Thing For America Essay Donald Trump: The Worst Thing For America The election of 2016 will always be remembered. This election will go into the history books written one of two ways; either as one of the best elections to happen in modern time or as the nation's worst election of all time. Donald Trump, our president elect, won with an unbelieveable electoral map. He battled the many other possible candidates that could have been president and then he beat Hillary Clinton. Trump, someone who idols Vladimir Putin, insults everyone among the nation including religions, an entire mexican population, and women. This man tweets insults or states explicitly that " I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose voters." (Trump) Really? This ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The female population makes up almost 43% of the voting population in America. Insulting one woman may as well be insulting all women, especially when Trump stated that a woman was disgusting because she was pumping milk. The insults go on and on whether it be toward a race, religion, or sex. The thought that a man has called women dogs, slobs, and fat pigs is outlandish and horrid. Someone wanting to become president should refrain from insulting anyone. Women are not some bystanders without a voice anymore; we do have an opinion, we do have a voice and being called a dog or slobs is an issue for all women everywhere. On April 16, 2015 Donald Trump tweeted "If Hillary Clinton can not satisfy her husband what makes you think she can satisfy America?" This tweet was in reference to Mr. Clinton's Monica Lewinsky affair, but to try and insult a highly regarded and respected Secretary of State is appalling. • 21. Donald Trump's Politically Incorrect: A Fantasy Advantage? Politically Incorrect – A Fantasy Advantage In the 2016 presidential election, there are a lot of controversial issues to be dealt with. In past elections it has always been a sort of a joke amongst Americans that Donald Trump will run for president, the idea was never taken seriously. However, Trump officially announced his candidacy in June, 2015 shocking the nation. In this essay Donald Trump's campaign will be analyzed from popular debates, to Saturday Night Live skits. One of the biggest things to be considered are the policies in which the candidates believe in and the reforms, if any, they want to put into place. Donald Trump has several reforms he wants to enact. Like Immigration, Taxation and Healthcare reforms. The most controversial and widely known is his Immigration reform plan. With this plan he concludes that a nation who does not put its citizens first, is not a nation. He intends to put the working American people first (Trump, 2015). It does not sound too terrible, does it? Well, not until he opens his mouth. By openly speaking about the subject he does not seem to think at all before speaking, "When Mexico sends its people, they're not sending the best. They're not sending you, they're sending people that have lots of problems and they're bringing those problems with us. They're bringing drugs. They're bring crime. They're rapists... And some, I assume, are good people." (Trump, 2016) When running for President you will offend people regardless, but one must control how much offending one does. With Trump, he does not think about this at all. His immigration policy might make sense on paper, but these days that is not what the average American voter looks at. Everything is presented through media such as, news channels, television shows, and social media; which is ultimately where the people of The United States and countless other countries sum up their opinions of the candidates, often times being brutal opinions. With the position of power Donald Trump is already in, one would like to think he is at least a little smart, right? Well, when it comes to his actual plan for immigration reform, that might make you think twice. Trumps insists that the reason so many American's are unemployed are because of the illegal immigrants from Mexico stealing jobs, to solve this he wants to build a ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 35. Hillary Clinton Trump Persuasive Essay Americans take their right from the first amendment very seriously; freedom of speech. Politics is one of the most controversial topics especially in the United States. With the two candidates running this year –Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump––it is no surprise it brings up such a dispute. In 2012, almost 130 million Americans casted a vote for the presidential election. With all the argument between voters and nonvoters, it brings a lot more pressure onto Trump and Clinton to try to gain supports and make themselves look better than the other. By doing this, they create ads to reach those they have not yet convinced to be on their team. As we all know, Donald Trump loves to give people a hard time and bring down whoever is not like him. But Hillary Clinton gave him a taste of his own medicine in her advertisement, Role Models. In the 2016 political ad "Role Models" by Hillary Clinton, she is successful in criticizing Donald Trump to favor herself by the use of lighting, facial expressions, and direct quotes.. His closing acceptance speech has shown us how much his character has drastically changed in contrast to how he ran his entire campaign. Personally, I think cyber–bullying is just a criticism and different opinions from random people about something we did. This is why cyber–bullying cannot be a federal crime. In this present time, people usually post and share videos online and sometimes those videos contain bad or shameful content. According to that, the public react to those videos in a varied response that could be aggressive. What I am trying to say is there is reasons why people cyber–bully each others such as it could stop a bad behavior in someone, it could be away of self–expression or a self–defense mechanism, or it could make you famous. One of the major reasons of cyber–bulling is shaming bad behaviors. You may ask yourself how that could help the society positively. • 61. Russian Democracy Case Study Russia's Interference In the 2016 American presidential election, Russia hacked into the voting system, and skewed the votes in favor of Donald Trump. In 2013 there were records of President Trump talking about how he has started to gain ties with people that were high up in the Russian government."Well I've done a lot of business with the Russians. They're smart and they're tough." (Horwitz, 2017) this was stated in an interview with David Letterman. And for a while President Trump, over tweets, talked a lot about how many similar ideas he and Putin had with each other. While Barack Obama was president he put up a few sanctions on Russia, to keep their economy in check without having to start a war, because America found out that Russia ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... That is until federal agents found out that Trumps foreign policy adviser, George Papadopoulos, had been lying to them (Ward, 2017). Papadopoulos repeatedly told the F.B.I. that he wasn't in any contact with Russia during the 2016 election. To this day he was apparently still contacting Russia because someone there said that they would go and tell him some secrets about Hillary Clinton's emails and secrets (Waldman, 2017). The F.B.I. eventually got enough evidence on him to arrest him on July 27th. According to Vox.com Papadopoulos originally pleaded guilty to the charges, but did not formally announce this until October 5th. And even after the formal plea a special council member, Robert Mueller, somehow got it the court to keep silent because he didn't want the President's reputation to be damaged (Ward, 2017). Now that it has been uncovered everybody is aware that the foreign policy adviser that Trump had hand picked, went and lied to the F.B.I. and had direct contact with Russian higher–ups. During the late part of October Paul Manafort, and Rick Gates were put under house arrest. While the F.B.I. was investigating just what had happened during the 2016 election they found out the Paul Manafort had 3 passport all with different numbers, a fake email, and a phone that couldn't be traced because it was under a completely different name. • 63. Argumentative Essay On Donald Trump "Not my president." A popular slogan that rang through the streets as angry protesters marched. For the night before, Donald Trump was elected the forty–fifth president of the United State. Trump lead his victory with 306 electoral votes, which towered over his competitor's, Hillary Clinton, votes of 232 (Presidential). Donald Trump has always been in the public eye, for he made himself known for his realtor business and appearing on the show The Apprentice. With the rise of his company, Trump could be seen as more of a businessman than a politician. Although he joked a lot during the 1980s about running for president, he did not officially run until 2015 (The Editor). For his appalling actions in office towards people of different race, religion, and sexual orientation, his ignorant decision making when it comes to the economy, and his blatant disregard for any human being, Donald Trump is unfit to lead this country. Donald Trump has made his negative feelings quite clear about immigrants in America. On January 27 of 2017, he pursued a ban that made it so terrorists couldn't enter the countries. The ban was titled, "Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorists Entry into the United States." Trump prohibited entry from Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen. Otherwise known as countries with a high population of Muslims. When Trump first attempted to issue a travel ban, he revoked as many as 60,000 visa participates (Baker). • 67. Donald Trump: Positive Active Positive Active When listening to several campaign rallies from Donald Trump, I believe his presidential personality leans toward active positive. Active positive presidents are "confident and flexible, they enjoy the exercise of power and do not take themselves too seriously, they emphasize the "rational mastery" of their environment, and power is used as a means to achieve beneficial results" (wolcottapusgov.blogspot.com). Donald Trump is definitely confident in his speeches about creating different policies and in a way helping the American people. In one of his speeches on the military, Trump actually says, "I would have such a strong military that we would never have to use it" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fy0LjTnSpn0). This is ... • 69. Donald Trump's Ineligibility In The United States "If Donald Trump's plans were ever implemented, the country would sink into a prolonged recession," said former GOP nominee Mitt Romney (Cary). By saying this Romney is trying to convey his strong belief on Trump's ineligibility to be the president of the United States. The debate on this political issue has been going on since the presidential campaign started last year. While it is true that he won the presidential election, many Americans are still questioning if he's the right person for their country or not. This article also stated that lost contracts, bankruptcies, deceptions and indifference to bankers are only a few of the troubles in Trump's business life. • 71. Speech On Racism In Sports Without a doubt, we look at athletes today and from the past as if they are larger than life individuals. They show their personality through talent no matter what they play; some are better than others, for example some can kick or throw. However, at the end of the day they all have a different voice and a different story. People expect them to turn a blind eye to everyday events because of their status. People think of athletes as celebrities, they say they do not go through the same struggles as everyday people. That statement is far from the truth when it pertains to the issue of racism. Racism has been an unresolved problem for years whether it is in sports or athletes speaking for what they believe. Racism has had a big impact on sports such as Germany hosting the olympics and cheating, N.B.A. owners thinking they rule over their players, and the hidden discrimination that happens in locker rooms. Many times athletes have stood up for what they believed just to be shot down. Nowhere in their contracts does it state that because they are professionals that they must compromise their freedom of speech. Whether it be refusing to meet with the president, speaking out on racial injustices, or not standing for the national anthem, athletes have a strong voice in the fight against discrimination and other traumatic events. The fight for equality in sports and throughout America is a process that includes multiple organizations, the reaction of authority figures, and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
