dream for many kids with the card game, tv show and video game in the world of Pokemon. Now
with Pokemon Go, anyone can join that world for free (Hook). Pokemon Go is an app for
smartphones that uses GPS to allow people to go outside and find their own pokemon. No longer are
people sitting on a couch inside staring at a screen, dreaming of a different world. Now they can go

This class has overall been one of my favorite classes that I have taken over the past four years five
years at DeSales. I learned more than I expected and have implemented some of these learned
lessons towards simple excel calculations into my work at my job. For my chosen project, I decided
to take a look at one of my hobbies. During my senior year I took a personal finance and discussed
with one of my professors about my collection of trading cards. The result of this conversation, had

college began, one method that helped me study was watching video game walkthroughs on
YouTube. This lead to me watching more Pokemon videos and even into finding two Poketubers
(those on YouTube who create videos related to Pokemon) who I follow daily. Some of their videos

Quality studies are made at Quality Assurance Division. The examples of the proactive quality
assurance activities can be seen below.
1. Daily Asakai Meetings: Asakai is a kind of meeting made at Assembly Shop Asakai Area. The
importance of the Asakai is that CEO, General Managers, Managers and their Japanese Coordinators
participate. Beginning of the meeting all values obtained one day before is talked and compared

explains what is happened, root causes of the problem and what is countermeasure of the problem.

problem. The QPR can be prepared by TMMT workers or suppliers. If the problem occurs first time
related department can request this report. If the problem occurs more than three times system sends

this problem occured and how it will not occur
