SuitUp is a program that connects students in 8th-12th grade with corporate volunteers to participate in competitions focused on skills like communication, teamwork and public speaking. The most recent event served 35 students from diverse backgrounds and engaged 40 volunteers from entry-level to leadership roles. Surveys found that 88% of students feel more confident after participating and 100% of volunteers believe their company made a positive impact. The event influenced 96% of students' career choices, with 40% now interested in business administration and entrepreneurship and 32% in marketing. Both students and volunteers expressed interest in participating again.

MEET THE PARTICIPANTS:
Volunteers and students who participated came
from many diverse backgrounds and
demographics. Here are some of the
demographics of our participants:
Male, Female, African American,
Hispanic / Latinx, Caucasian, Asian / Pacific
Islander, Middle Eastern / North African, and
Multi-Racial. Volunteers held entry, mid level
and leadership roles and the students were in
the 8th - 12th Grade.

4. LiveRamp Impact
SuitUp asked students if LiveRamp’s SuitUp competition made an
impact on their future career choice. 96% of students said that
engaging with the volunteers influenced their career choice and
now they can see themselves using skills such as communication,
teamwork and public speaking.
