3. Volunteers and students who participated identified as Male, Female, Gender-Fluid, Hispanic / Latinx, Caucasian, Asian / Pacific Islander,
African-American, and Multi-Racial. Volunteers held entry level to mid-level roles and the students were in the 6th-8th grades.

students were in the 6th-12th grades.
4. Business Case Challenge
Through SuitUp, volunteers from Santander Bank and students from across the nation
participated in a SuitUp business competition in which they created a new and innovative
product for Nike. Volunteers coached students in various departments before helping them
pitch to judges for a cash prize.
