By default, the “Approvals Management Administrator” and “Approvals Management Business Analyst” responsibilities do not have any functions associated with them, because their access is restricted by Role Based Access Control (RBAC). So we need to assign role AME_BUS_ANALYST to user

1. Assigning AME_BUS_ANALYST role By Er Gurpreet Singh
• Open the Application and login with sysadmin
• Goto User Management  Users
• Enter username: KD66 and press Go

2. Assigning AME_BUS_ANALYST role By Er Gurpreet Singh
• Click on Update
• Click on Assign Roles

3. Assigning AME_BUS_ANALYST role By Er Gurpreet Singh
• Write Approval% in textbox and click Go. Then tick Approvals Management Process Owner
and click Select
• Click Apply button
