They also routinely highlight community projects and other humanitarian efforts around the world that they support, which signals a strong emphasis on philanthropy. To facilitate innovation within WFB, a key element would be to focus on other ways of managing the organizations culture. For example, with their current hierarchical culture, innovation could be hindered by having a standard approach, rather than collaborative as seen in team cultures. A team culture deviates from the norm and establishes an environment that is ripe for change. This change alone would catapult the organization to a different level, provided that a top-down change was not the only option. If met with resistance to change, WFB could help others to adopt the change simply by understanding what the change will address and the benefit(s) it will serve (Uhl-Bien et al., 2021)..
