At the start of the meeting or workshop :
- Introduce the issue clearly an keep it as simple as
possible (use image, film clips to illustrate the problem)
- Ask contributors to write down as many ideas and
suggestions as thy can ( single for each ).
- Encourage people to keep contributing until ideas run dry.
Organize the contributions into logical groups
and similar ideas .
