3D. EDIBON Three Dimensions System
•Description:
“3D” system uses ONE SENSOR at the end of a robot, that moves in the space (3 axes, so three dimensions).
This sensor gets the results, and in nearly real time is sending the information to the ELECTRONIC
INTERFACE that manipulates and control the signals.
This signals by using a SOFTWARE package, specific for any particular unit, is handled by the computer (PC),
so the results can be seen in the computer screen in THREE DIMENSION, as it is happening in the real world.
The system is very complex and uses only a signal each time.
It is an excellent and complex system for demonstrating things that happen in the space, as sound, liquid
movements, magnetic fields ,etc.

•Description:
EDAS/VIS is the perfect link between the unit and the PC. With the EDAS/VIS system, the information from the
unit is sent to the computer. There, it can be analyzed and represented.
We easily connect the Data Acquisition Interface Box (DAIB) to the unit with the supplied cables (connection
points are placed in the unit). Like any other hardware, the DAIB is connected to the PC through the Data
Acquisition Board (DAB), and by using the Data Acquisition and Virtual Instrumentation Software (specific for
every unit), the student can get the results from the undertaken experiment/practice, see them on the screen
and work with them. Virtual instrumentation functions: digital oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator,
spectrum analyzer, transient recorder, logic analyzer and logic generator.

Example: EME. Electrical Machines Unit
•Description:
MUAD is the perfect link between the unit and the PC. MUAD is a continuous data acquisition system with
virtual instrumentation, that measures, analyzes and represents the parameters involved in the process.
MUAD allows voltage and current acquisition and measurement, data processing, frequency spectrum and all
the functions of a digital oscilloscope.
We easily connect the Electric Power Interface Box (EPIB) to the unit, with the supplied cables (there are
several connection points placed for it). The EPIB is connected to the PC through the Data Acquisition Board
(DAB), and by using the Data Acquisition with Virtual Instrumentation Software, the student can get results from
the undertaken experiment/practice, see them on the screen and work with them.

•Description:
The system uses a computer control system, but the hardware works in accordance with the mathematical model
coming into the hardware (turbine) by using a sophisticated software package.
This system is very useful when you simulate by software complicate and dangerous processes as a Nuclear
Power Plant, so this the mathematical result getting at the generation plant can be used modelling the turbine
that generate the energy. As soon as you generate the energy to the end point you consume, the whole process
is running as a real process using real scale values. Example: using only 220 volts you are working with Kvolts.
The system is a simulator due to use low voltage and low amps., but is working exactly the same as a REAL
POWER PLANT, so the training of the Power Plant workers can be done with efficiency using “real” values and
processes.
• This HYBRID system works in a similar way than a REAL POWER PLANT and with SAME VALUES.
• 8 different Electric Power Plants can be simulated (Hydroelectric, Nuclear, Thermals, Wind-powered,
Photovoltaic and Heliohtermic).

•Description:
This is an ideal system to be used in STRENGTH OF MATERIALS.
When you are bending or pressing, twisting, strengthening, etc. a probe many things happens in the molecules
of the material, that normally you can not see. It is very interesting to explain to the student how the forces are
working in any particular probe. Using this system you can see how all the forces are moving inside the material.
Any piece of material supporting forces in different ways can be seen.
The test pieces (probes) simulate small scale industrial elements, but the material composition is the key of the
system.
Example of these elements are: beams, notches, arches, and any element supported same forces.

•Description:
The EDIBON “SCADA” system is an OPEN, MULTICONTROL and REAL TIME CONTROL SYSTEM. So many parameters
(sensors) can be controlled in an open way simultaneously.
This system provides to us the possibility of looking and visualizing at the computer, in nearly real time, any parameter involved
in the process. It provides to us the possibility of seeing, measuring and control the whole process with all parameters involved.
All the results can be plotted in the printer and seeing in the computer.
The process can be controlled at any time, so the changes of any parameter, following different formulas, can be analysed in
detail. THE CONTROL SYSTEM IS OPEN, this means that a parameter analysed can be varied openly (proportionally) in
accordance with the process variation (PID). It is a MULTICONTROL SYSTEM, as several parameters can be controlled at the
same time (simultaneously). Example:5 temperature sensors, 2 pressure sensors,1 flow sensor,etc.

EDIBON Engineering Department can offer to any customer the design
of any laboratory related with any technical education area or even all
laboratories in any school or even all laboratories for a complete
university.
This matter has to be decided “case by case”. We can start from the
building is finished and empty.
A complete school or university design at any level, can be designed.
Even EDIBON has the Know how to link several campuses located in
different cities, working as “an unique laboratory”.

In special cases, EDIBON with a top qualified architecture companies
can offer the complete design of one school or university. All the
