RFMO-IOTC (Indian Ocean Tuna Commission) :
1) Resolusi 05/05 ;
a. Setiap Contracting Party wajib melaporkan tangkapan
sharks;
b. Setiap kapal dilarang untuk menyimpan diatas
kapal, memindahkan dari/ke kapal lain atau mendaratkan
tangkapan sirip hiu (sharks) yang bertentangan dengan
Resolusi 05/05;
c. Setiap Negara wajib melepaskan tangkapan hiu yang
hidup terutama juvenile dan hiu yang sedang hamil;
d. Setiap Negara wajib melakukan penelitian terhadap alat

Ekspor hanya boleh dilakukan apabila ada SURAT IJIN yang dikeluarkan
oleh MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY;
MANAGENET AUTHORITY dapat mengeluarkan ijin apabila ada
PERSETUJUAN / REKOMENDASI ILMIAH dari SCIENTIFIC AUTHORITY
(LIPI);
Rekomendasi ilmiah bisa dikelurkan apabila penangkapan ikan hiu menerapkan
prinsip NON DETRIMENTAL FINDING (NDF) UPAYA YANG TERENCANA AGAR
PENANGKAPAN IKAN HIU / PARI TIDAK AKAN MENYEBABKAN KEPUNAHAN DI
HABITAT ALAM
Ketentuan akan mulai diberlakukan sejak OKTOBER 2014.
21. DAMPAK KETENTUAN CITES TERHADAP LAYANAN PERIJINAN
PERIKANAN HIU DAN PARI DI INDONESIA
PERMENKP No.4/2010
1. Negara pembeli / importir hanya akan menerima produk ikan hiu dan pari
apabila dilengkapi dengan SURAT ANGKUT JENIS IKAN LUAR NEGERI (SAJI-LN)
yang dikeluarkan oleh MANAGENET AUTHORITY;
2. SAJI-LN hanya diberikan kepada PERUSAHAAN / EKSPORTIR yang mempunyai
IJIN EKSPOR HIU DAN PARI;
3. Eksportir hanya diperbolehkan menerima produk hiu yang dilengkapi dengan
SURAT ANGKUT JENIS IKAN DALAM NEGERI (SAJI-DN);
4. SAJI-DN hanya diberikan kepada PEDAGANG PENGUMPUL / PERUSAHAAN
PENGUMPUL yang mempunyai IJIN PENGUMPUL IKAN HIU DAN PARI;
5. Pedagang Pengumpul hanya diperbolehkan menerima ikan hiu dan pari yang
ditangkap oleh NELAYAN yang memiliki IJIN PENANGKAPAN IKAN HIU dan PARI;

dilarang dilakukan di seluruh wilayah perairan indonesia;
b. Pemerintah akan mengembangkan model pemanfaatan yang
memungkinkan masyarakat tetap dapat memanfaatkan potensi
ekonominya melalui WISATA BAHARI;
c. Apabila jumlah populasinya membaik maka pengaturannya DAPAT
DITINJAU KEMBALI.
