Let’s begin!
Title [200 Characters]
Hypnotic Template Title Rule #1: MAKE YOUR TITLE FLOW and sound more like a headline and less like a
spec bulletin.
Your title should make sense as though reading a sentence (because natural language converts higher
than tech specs).
Regular Title: BRAND NAME Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Battery
Hypnotic Amazon Headline/Title: Longest Run Time Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Battery Replacement with
Longest Lasting 500 Cycles Rechargeable with Grade A Samsung Note 4 Battery Cells Prevent Overheating
to Guarantee Extended Performance
Hypnotic Template Title Rule #2: ALWAYS make sure to add in ‘what your customer REALLY WANTS’.
Sure, they want a Samsung Note 4 battery, right? But WHY? Because they want their phone to run longer,
so add longest run time. Because they want their battery to last forever, so add in Longest Lasting &
Guarantee Extended Performance. Because they want their phone to stay safe/don’t want it to overheat,
so add in Prevent Overheating.
3. (While it’s important to tell your ‘traffic’ you have what they want, it’s even more important to be
truthful—so only list out what they want in your title if it’s actually part of our product. =)
Hypnotic Template Title Rule #3: NEVER state the brand name at the beginning unless your brand name 1.
Has a strong following –or- 2. States a BENEFIT of using your product –or- 3. Anchors your product to your
buyers IDENTITY.
Otherwise leave the brand name off of the front of your title; you need that precious space for
compelling copy and SEO.
Bullet Points [5 Bullet Points; 200 Characters Each]
Hypnotic Template Bullet Point Rule #1: Always use the Highest Converting Bullet Format so you can draw
their eyes to notice the benefits, features and transformation your customer needs to see and
experience before they’ll buy.
Highest Converting Bullet Format [ALL CAPS BEFORE COLON: Bold/Capitalize first letter for important
words, lowercase for remainder].
EXAMPLE:
STOP DASHING TO THE POWER POINT: LONGEST LASTING 3220-mAh 3.85V Li-ion Battery

Problem: Your battery is weak so you’re dashing to the power point constantly. (You’re tethered, no
freedom!) We point out the problem; ‘Stop Dashing to the Power Point’. This opens up the nested loop
in your customers brain to be filled (NLP).

Hypnotic Template Bullet Point Rule #2: While I do play with it, I use roughly the same SEQUENCE of
bullet points below.
Bullet Point #1: TRANSFORMATIONAL BULLET POINT. Use words like “Imagine You” or “Picture
You” to begin the sentence. Include the Hypnotic Sauce Name and your TWO TOP Long-Tail
Keywords when possible.
Bullet Point #2: What’s Also Cool is Bullet Point << This is where the second transformational
bullet point belongs; where you describe how else this will change your customers life, and
include at least 1 long-tail keyword.
4. Bullet Point #3: Unlike/Differentiation Bullet Point<<Talk about how your product is better,
different. This is an IDEAL place to use a CLAIM NO CLAIM with a long term keyword that begins
with the word ‘Best [product type]’. “While we won’t say this is the BEST 8X42 MONOCULAR on
the market, customers rate it a solid 4.96, better than any of the competitions.”
Bullet Point #4: Combine any features that still need to be mentioned. This is the LEAST READ
bullet point and usually only used for informational purposes.

The description is really, really flexible—and complicated.
While only 20% of customers will read it, it can either drop you out of the running for the sale, or win
you the deal in moments flat.
So here are a few suggestions to help you win the buy button again and again and again.
1. REPEAT BULLET POINT #1 and YOUR HEADLINE combined, in a conversational tone. (Remember,
natural language converts far higher than specs)
2. Start by discussing your customers frustrations (a few sentences), transition over to showing
how the

4. ABOVE ALL…DO NOT SIMPLY REPEAT YOUR BULLET POINTS, flesh out the details. =)
5. If our product has a ton of specs, list them in order near the bottom. Don’t just drop them there
though, make sure that you have a transitional sentence like, “The XYZ Product Has Everything
You Want in a [Product Type] and it’s easy to see why customers love it with specs like: [Post
Specs]
6. Next rebuild trust by restating your money back guarantee and warranty terms (like you’d
explain them to a friend, not how your attorney would bleed their eyes dry with boring!)
7. Finally end with sentences that include 2 top keywords, an add to cart call to action, and if
possible, ‘scarcity’ like, “Don’t wait until XYZ returns to back order again…”
