PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE

We know that a lot of people were affected by
DENGU FEVER in our area last year.
We don’t want that to be continued this year
also.
We feel the seriousness of the problem and
discussed about the prevention of DENGU.

3. STUDENTS ARE DISCUSSED TO CHOOSE
THE PROBLEM

4. IMAGINE
We meet the MEDICAL OFFICER and we came to
know that Dengu fever is spread by ADS mosquito
and breed only in the DRINKING WATER ,that is
from not closed water containers, storage vessels
,thrown waste plastic and stagnant water collected
in the polythine covers as thrown waste.
So, We first clean the water tanks and asked the
community to cover the drinking water storage
containers.

burnt them
We arrange village Education Council(VEC)
meeting to aware the community.
We had an awareness rally to meet the
community
We took a pledge at the end of the rally and VEC

 We went on a survey about the feedback of our efforts
 We are happy to see that every one closed the water
containers and there is no more stagnant water collected
in garbage.
 We are proudly saying that even a single person in the
community is not affected by DENGU FEVER this time .
 This is the reward for our work.
