It's an event i had planned for Dhaka city but it was rejected by my organisation.One day i will make this happen in dhaka

2. Make a difference today!
 STOP blaming others. lets start from today.
“Lets pick it up” is an awareness campaign for the people of Dhaka. Lets
encourage every one to throw away the trashes on the right place .
 Inauguration will be done by the mayor or a representative from the
government
 Lets aware everyone for a clean city!
 Gloves and proper safety Gear will be given. A short video clip will be
made.one T-shirt and food coupon will be given from smile inventors.
 we will sell recycled materials to encourage people for recycling

3. There are around 17 million people in Dhaka
and thousands of wastages are thrown away
on the roads

4. Since Dhaka is densely populated, the amount of trashes on the
road is in great amount and hence when it rains, the drainage
system on the roads are blocked by plastic and polyethylene
thus causing flood.

5.  160,000 plastic bags are used globally every second!
 5 trillion plastic bags are produced yearly. Side by side, they can encircle the world
7 times.
 In 2008, a whale was found beached in cox’s bazar . It died due to the more than
22 kilos of plastic found in its stomach.
 Plastic will only start degrading after 700 years and will only fully degrade in 1000
years. This means that all the plastic that has ever been produced has not
degraded yet.
 Plastic bags remain toxic even after it breaks down. It doesn’t biodegrade, it
photo-degrades. It means that after it degrades, it breaks down into smaller and
smaller toxic bits of itself – and bleeds and contaminates the environment.
 Only 1 to 3% of plastic bags are recycled worldwide.
 Plastic bags are produced using petroleum, natural gas and other chemicals. Its
production is toxic to the environment.

07;00 am – we start to clean from dhanmondi 27 no, to 28 no
08;00 am – chief guest will come and we will hand him over a

09;00 am- we will distribute food to the volunteers
10;00 am – we will sell recycled materials, paste
………………………………..stickers on cars and distribute leaflets
11;00 am – we will end the event
