2. The improper disposal of sewage,
trash and other forms of waste is a
tremendous disaster for the island’s
water resources. It is an effort to trace
the pollution to the source, and to
find ways to end improper disposal.
We need to clean our surroundings for
a healthier place to live.
3. The goal of this project was to
improve coastal environment and
encourage people to behave in a
more environmentally-friendly
manner. We wanted to educate
them about conserving the
natural environment and how
we can help to stop polluting our
environment.
4. To make this project successful,
we agreed to come to school for a
meeting and then created a plan.
And on the next day we started
the Coastal Cleanup Project. We
encourage the people who lives
near this place to maintain the
cleanliness of the shore and to
help conserve the environment for
a healthier place.
5. 1. We proposed a meeting about “Coastal
Cleanup Project” and we encourage our
fellow students to join this activity.
2. Most of the students volunteered to help in
our project. We were brainstorming ideas on
how to lessen waste.
3. We finalize our plans and agreed on what to
do, then we went to the beach and start
picking waste.
4. On the other week, we continued our project
and began cleaning the place.
5. We educate the people living near the place
about our project and the danger of
pollution.
6. As a result, there were more than 50
students who contributed in this
project. The coast was cleaned by us
and now a better place to spend time
with family and friends. In addition
the people are more aware about
conserving the place and how they
could contribute to make the place
clean. The Cleanup Project is one of
the means to promote our
conservation activities.
