Wang, Inc., an international fashion company that he
co-founded in 2004. In his free time, Dennis T. Wang
enjoys the practice of yoga.
Just as time invested in one's work can yield financial
and professional rewards, time invested each day in
yoga practice can calm the mind and prepare a
person for a more focused day. When the mind is
centered, a person can be more productive and more
efficient in his or her thinking, which in turn improves
the quality of work. All the process requires is
approximately 30 minutes to stretch, breathe, and
meditate.

3. Yoga for Busy Professionals
 Yogis recommend that a professional's daily
yoga routine begin with simple stretches and a
sun salutation, which consists of 12 sequential
postures to energize the body and work the
heart and lungs. Active poses provide a deep
stretch, while keeping the blood flowing and
the muscles warm. Breathing techniques,
known as pranayama, help to ease energy
flow through the body and encourage a
balanced body, mind, and spirit. Finally, a brief
meditation provides closure to the time spent
in practice and helps the mind to feel at ease.
