r. Chandra is the founder and Managing Director of Universal Yoga
Vietnam.
He was born in India. At the age of 5, Dr Chandra has started the practice of
yoga by watching his father.
In 1994, Dr. Chandra has started his first time in teaching Yoga in a Yoga and
Naturopathy hospital.
Dr. Chandra's focus tends to be about balancing effort and relaxation, with an
emphasis on moderation and mindful awareness.

BEGINNERS (B)
For those who want to know what
yoga is and for a basic
understanding of Asana (posture),
Pranayama (breathing) and
Shavasana (relaxation). This class is
a complete exercise for body and
mind.
MULTI-LEVEL (M)
We encourage new students as well
as motivate those with more
experience. This is a general class
but powerful for students of all
levels. This intermediate level yoga
class includes basic Yoga postures
with the option to go deeper and
with greater momentum. Poses are
held for a moderate length of time
to create awareness and focus.
Breathing techniques are introduced
to support intention and alignment.
INTERMEDIATES (I)
An intensive dynamic and complete
yoga training for cardio, strength,
flexibility, balance, co-ordination
and deep relaxation. We will
suggest more challenging variations
for more advanced.
ADVANCED (A)
A unique & complete scientific
approach of yoga that includes
Asana (postures), Pranayama
(breathing), Mudra (gestures),
Bandha (locks) and Dhyana
(meditation) for regular members
only. This is not for beginners.

DESCRIPTIONS
SIVANANDA YOGA
Excellent class for all, founded by Sivananda, is a form
of Hatha Yoga. The class focuses to retain the vitality of
the body by asanas, mind relaxation, stretching and
relaxation.
YOGA HOT
Along with the postures work on the great locks of
Yoga and yogic breathing which help to strengthen
the sexual, excretory and reproductive organs. It
relieves health problem like migraine, back pain, neck
pain, and energizes the central nervous system.
ASHTANGA YOGA / PATANJALI YOGA
A unique system of yoga from the ancient sage
Patanjali emphasize proper diet, effective asana
(postures), pranayama (breathing) Mudra & Bandha
(gestures & locks), dharana (concentration) & dhyana
(meditation) to detox, de-stress and increase your
vitality and longevity.
KUNDALINI YOGA
This form of yoga seeks to awaken this energy and to
release the dormant power within each and every one
of us as we get in touch with the core essence of who
we are.
YOGA THERAPY
A therapeutic aspect of Yoga. Good for all levels.
Especially those with sports injuries and health
problems like stress, high blood pressure, back and
neck pain, asthma, gastric troubles and constipation
etc.
SUN-SERIES
This dynamic group of Asana is not regarded as being
a traditional part of the Hatha Yoga practices as it was
added to the original asana group at a later time.
However, it is an effective way of loosening up,
stretching, massaging and toning all the joints,
muscles and internal organs of the body.
YOGA MOON- SERIES
The class rejuvenates your mind and body. Comprise
of 14 postures. It strengthens the abdomen and back.
Moon – Series helps to release stress and refreshes the
mind.
ASANA & PRANAYAMA
Various postures & breathing techniques to detoxify,
de-stress and boost your energy for good health and
vitality.
SATYANANDA YOGA (Bihar School of Yoga)
Excellent for all age groups. It is based on the
traditional vedantic, tantric, hatha yoga and
Raja Yoga techniques for good health and
mental strength.
A step instruction to postures, Pranayama
(breathing), Mudras (gestures), Bandha (
locks) and Kriyas (cleansing techniques).

HATHA SATTVA
Sattva means lightness and purity. This is an ideal class for beginners which comprises of
stretching and endurance. It contains basic engineer posture with a combination of dynamic
moves.
HATHA VINYASA (I)
First series for all! A powerful series of flowing and jumping movement of Hatha Yoga for
people looking for a more challenging class. Burn more calories than 2 hours cardio workout.

VINYASA YOGA
Improved blood circulation relieves joints pain and
removes toxins and disease from the internal organs.
The sweat generated from the heat of vinyasa then carries
the impurities out of the body. Through the use of vinyasa,
the body becomes healthy, light and strong.
SAHAJA YOGA
Sahaja Yoga is a unique method of meditation
based on an experience called Self Realization that
can occur within each human being.
It aims to enter a state of "thoughtless awareness" -
where the practitioner 'purifier' his/her attention,
achieving clarity of mind. TRATAKA (Candle meditation)
It relieves eye ailments such as eyestrain,
headache, myopia and eyes become clear and
bright in the paretic in depression, insomnia,
allergy, anxiety and postural problems.
NADANUSANDHANA (Sound Meditation)
MEDITATION
The discovery of sound vibration from gross to
subtle, from external to internal, from psychic to
causal and beyond.
