yoga practice can calm the mind and prepare a
person for a more focused day. When the mind is
centered, a person can be more productive and more
efficient in his or her thinking, which in turn improves
the quality of work. All the process requires is
approximately 30 minutes to stretch, breathe, and
meditate.
3. Yoga for Busy Professionals
Yogis recommend that a professional's daily
yoga routine begin with simple stretches and a
sun salutation, which consists of 12 sequential
postures to energize the body and work the
heart and lungs. Active poses provide a deep
