It is with great privilege that I write to you in recommendation of Denise Jarvis. Until recently, I
have overseen some of Denise’s volunteer work at Fernbrook Elementary School. I have found her to be
a pleasant, generous person who is never afraid to take on a challenging task. She was one of the most
dedicated volunteers I have ever met.
Denise is an independent, self-directed person who is able to communicate effectively and meet
even the most demanding challenges. During her volunteer time at Fernbrook, she demonstrated
exceptional skill, organization and perception. When given tasks, she would go the extra lengths to
make sure her projects were exemplary.
While she is on the job, performance was been nothing less than stellar. Exceptional, not only at
the clerical and organizational skills, Denise’s social ability is also of note. Denise has become a good
friend to many of us who have worked with her. We pride ourselves in our close knit community, and in
this area she truly shines. Denise has adapted those social skills to work not only with other adults, but
with children and even our elderly volunteers. She brings a positive demeanor to the work environment
while at the same time staying focused on her duties and the overall values of the school culture.
I highly recommend her for employment with your organization. She is a team player, a great
person and an extrordinary worker.
