To whom it may concern,
This letter is in support of Lisa Chandler’s application for employment. As a full time Professor
and Faculty Chair, I am frequently asked to recommend students for career opportunities;
however I only recommend the students whom I feel are well suited. Lisa is one of those students
whom I have had the pleasure of interacting with and I highly endorse her skills and talent to be
a part of your organization.
I first met Lisa three years ago when she was curious about the Keller Graduate Program and
was a guest in my Entrepreneurship Class. I was immediately impressed with her level of
engagement and the quality of her contribution to our class discussions. It was a pleasure to have
her again in quite a few of the Master’s level courses and I could see how much more intuitive
she was and with great analytical skills. It was in the final Capstone course however, where she
demonstrated that she had great decision making skills that she had the ability to critically think
beyond the basic course concepts. She is a fast learner, has excellent communication skills and I
would describe her not only as a ‘people person’ but someone with a real concern for the
wellbeing of others.
Coupled with her work experiences and educational accomplishments, I see her as a hard worker,
one who perseveres in very difficult times and always gets the job done. I am sure you will find
Lisa to be a valuable asset and a team player in your company and her talents will only shine
further through your organization. It is my hope that you will accept her as a valuable contributor
