Dear Selection Committee:
To support Kenzee Martin’s selection employment within your organization, I am writing to share
what I have seen in Kenzee and to express my support for her selection.
Inside the classroom, Kenzee is extremely diligent and it is obvious that she takes all of her
academics seriously. I believe that being in the role as a student leader means that you must first be
a good student. As the instructor for her course in Applied Leadership and Ethics (ALED 424), I
witnessed that Kenzee always came to class fully prepared and fully engaged. Her leadership and
life experiences were an asset for class discussion. I could always count on Kenzee to have great
insight into leadership situations, and she always brought new ideas to the class.
Because of her ability to balance school, work, and all of her extracurricular commitments, Kenzee
stays well rounded in her abilities and insights. She has a good rapport with her fellow students as
well as professors. I see in Kenzee the want and the ability to work with people. I know one day
she will change the world.
Kenzee is a self-starter and does not have a need for constant affirmation or instructions. She has a
high level of confidence and motivation, and for this, she is a valued member not only of my class,
but also of the Texas A&M University community. It is Kenzee’s intelligence, genuine kindness,
spirit, and unique insight that create her outstanding character. It is without hesitation that I believe
she would be a wonderful selection employment with your organization. Please feel free to contact
me for any additional information.
