To Whom It May Concern,
JERSEY CARES works to meet compelling community needs by encouraging
civic engagement. With local service agencies, corporations, and civic-minded
individuals as our partners, we link volunteers with meaningful service projects
to improve and enhance our communities. Jersey Cares is an affiliate of the
Hands on Network and Points of Light Institute, working to engage thousands
of volunteers in service to our communities each year to feed our homeless,
serve our senior citizens, read to children, and contribute to numerous other
causes that help make this country better for everyone.
It is my pleasure to write this letter on behalf of Dan Reeve. Dan has been an
exceptional Jersey Cares volunteer leader, completing the Seasons of
Service Fall Project Leadership Program with Jersey Cares. This ten-week
program required participants to lead a minimum of 10 community service
projects at a variety of Jersey Cares affiliated sites. Dan took on the
responsibility of a Project Coordinator, playing a vital role at Jersey Cares
providing organization and leadership to volunteers, Jersey Cares staff and
partner agencies. He has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills by
inspiring volunteers with the agency’s mission. In addition, he has shown his
ability to collaborate with other leaders to execute a task efficiently.
We truly appreciate Dan’s consistent dedication to helping his community. He
is an outstanding, conscientious and caring person, and his continued
commitment to civic engagement truly demonstrates his inspiring character
and work ethic.
