4. Blackboard
• Blackboard must be cleaned before or after
use of it with a good duster.
• If black board is very big then it is convenient
to divide it vertically.
• Good quality chalks must be used. They
should not make scratching voice while
writing on black board.
5. Clarity
• The size of the letter should be legible and
large.
• Adequate spacing between two letters while
writing.
• Adequate spacing between two words while
writing.
• The diagram should be simple and large
while drawing.
6. Layout
• Use of space is well-balanced (need same
amount of space).
• Arrangement of words, sentence and
lines neatly done.
• Notes or Valid points are arranged
systematically.
7. Highlighting or emphasis
• Using the colour chalks to write
important words or sentences.
• Using the colour chalks to underline the
important points.
• Classification should be written in large
dark letters.
8. Presentation technique
• Concepts should be clear and precise.
• Student participation also important, we may
allow student to write their ideas on
blackboard.
• Time allocation needed, according to subject
content.
• Presentation of ideas should be simple and
neat.
