(1) Clarity of writing
• Font size should be proper
• space between letters should be appropriate and equal.
• Formation of letters should be correct.
• Formation of each letter should be equal.
• Try to write simple letters on black board.(avoid cursive
and calligraphy )
• Do not write italicized letters. If write, then formation should
be in same direction.
• Width of letters should be same or equal.

• अक्षरों का आकार इतना बड़ा हो की उसे सभी व्द्यधर्थियों आसानी से ेे सक

(2) Cleanliness in Black Board Writing
• Before writing on black board, it should be cleaned.
• One should write straight in the same direction on black board.
• Line spacing should be equal on black board.
• Avoid overlapping of letters.
• Clean unwanted information on black board.
• Write only important points or information on black board.
• Duster should be use to erase the letters on the black board
should not be erased by hand.

(3) Appropriateness of Black Board Work
• Information should be written in continous order.
• Information written on black board should be relevant to teaching content.
• Information should be simple and short.
• Underline main words.
• Use color chalk.
• Draw figure on right side of black board and label it.
• Getting students to work on black board.

(4) Precaution
• Black should be clean before starting the work.
श्यामपट्ट कायि आरांभ करने से पूवि श्यामपट्ट एकदम साफ होना चाहहए।
• A wet cloth should be used to clean the blackboard.
श्यामपट्ट साफ करने क
े शलए गीले कपडे का उपयोग करना चाहहए।
• There should be proper lighting on the blackboard so that all the
students can read it.
श्यामपट्ट पर उर्चत प्रकाश की व्यवस्था होनी चाहहए ताक्रक सभी ववद्याथी
उसे पढ़ सक
े ।
• The sound of chalk should not be heard while writing on the
blackboard.
श्यामपट्ट पर शलखते समय चाक की आवाज नहीां आनी चाहहए।

• Do not turn your back to the students while writing on the blackboard.
श्यामपट्ट पर शलखते समय ववद्यार्थियों की ओर पीठ न करे।
• Duster should be used to clean the blackboard
श्यामपट्ट साफ करने क
े शलए डस्टर का ही उपयोग करना चाहहए ।
• Pointer should be used to show the main points on the blackboard.
श्यामपट्ट पर मुख्य बर्न्दु दशािने हेतु सांक
े तक का उपयोग करना चाहहए।
• Avoid grammatical mistakes on black board.
श्यामपट्ट पर व्याकरण सांर्ांधी गलततयों से र्चें।
• After using the chalk, it should be kept in one place, and
should not be played with.
चाक का उपयोंग क

Components of Black Board Writing Skill Presented by: Megha Patidar Assistant professor, SVCTT 8 (1) Clarity of writing • Font size should be proper • space between letters should be appropriate and equal. • Formation of letters should be correct. • Formation of each letter should be equal. • Try to write simple letters on black board.(avoid cursive and calligraphy ) • Do not write italicized letters. If write, then formation should be in same direction. • Width of letters should be same or equal.

Components of Black Board Writing Skill Presented by: Megha Patidar Assistant professor, SVCTT 10 (2) Cleanliness in Black Board Writing • Before writing on black board, it should be cleaned. • One should write straight in the same direction on black board. • Line spacing should be equal on black board. • Avoid overlapping of letters. • Clean unwanted information on black board. • Write only important points or information on black board. • Duster should be use to erase the letters on the black board should not be erased by hand.

Components of Black Board Writing Skill Presented by: Megha Patidar Assistant professor, SVCTT 14 (4) Precaution • Black should be clean before starting the work. श्यामपट्ट कायि आरांभ करने से पूवि श्यामपट्ट एकदम साफ होना चाहहए। • A wet cloth should be used to clean the blackboard. श्यामपट्ट साफ करने क े शलए गीले कपडे का उपयोग करना चाहहए। • There should be proper lighting on the blackboard so that all the students can read it. श्यामपट्ट पर उर्चत प्रकाश की व्यवस्था होनी चाहहए ताक्रक सभी ववद्याथी उसे पढ़ सक े । • The sound of chalk should not be heard while writing on the blackboard. श्यामपट्ट पर शलखते समय चाक की आवाज नहीां आनी चाहहए।

Components of Black Board Writing Skill Presented by: Megha Patidar Assistant professor, SVCTT 15 (4) Precaution (continue)...... • Do not turn your back to the students while writing on the blackboard. श्यामपट्ट पर शलखते समय ववद्यार्थियों की ओर पीठ न करे। • Duster should be used to clean the blackboard श्यामपट्ट साफ करने क े शलए डस्टर का ही उपयोग करना चाहहए । • Pointer should be used to show the main points on the blackboard. श्यामपट्ट पर मुख्य बर्न्दु दशािने हेतु सांक े तक का उपयोग करना चाहहए। • Avoid grammatical mistakes on black board. श्यामपट्ट पर व्याकरण सांर्ांधी गलततयों से र्चें। • After using the chalk, it should be kept in one place, and should not be played with. चाक का उपयोंग क े पश्चात उसे एक स्थान पर रख देना चाहहए तथा उससे खेलना नहीां चाहहए ।
