Week 1 • This week we had to research existing preliminary task
and to choose if we wish to work independently or as a group.
• I decided to work with Mima because we both share same
interested in films.
• In addition we had to complete photo story using camera
in order to create visual narrative
• Once I had come to idea and took photos I had problem to
transfer them from my phone to the computer. My task to the
next week is to transfer it.

Week 2 • This week my first individual task was to do research on
continuity task. I found about 3 new type of shots which I
really useful and witch I will implement in our preliminary task
• Are group task was to find initial continuity task ideas chose 5
that we like the most, and chose the final one. This was really
easy for us because both of us have big imagination and we
complete each other ideas so well. After selecting final idea we
decided to create character profile based on famous actors

do mood board as a individual task.

Week 3 • This week are group task was to write initial rough script for
movie opening. And do final script as well. As a part of
task we decided that I will do location search and she will do
cast search. As a group we chose final cast. Are 2 good friend
from school agreed to act and both of them are available.

Week 4 • This week my individual task was to make final script. So I
adjusted dialogs to sound more real and fix mistakes. As I was
left by myself because Mima was not here all final decisions
were mine. So when I was done Mimas task was to make story
board. With help on social medias , because we want to finish
our task on time, we were abele to here from each other and
equipment/props list together.

Week 5 • This week our first task was group. So we prepared all
equipment ready for filming. Charged camera set tripod and
scenes. We prepared our casts explained to them what we
imagined and what we expect from them. Their brought
costumes and we started filming. We had couple of problems .
First of all our camera didn't worked so weal so it would turned
of in the middle of a scene, but we were having a lot of
Also the first office that we were filming in was needed to be
used for assessments so we needed to film all scenes again in
new office. For individual task I was assistant. So I always had
script and story board in my hands so we can be sure
is going how we imagined. I even filmed couple of scenes . But
also we improvised a lot and had a lot of fun.

Week 6 • This week my individual task was to do rough and final editing
with help of Mima assisting. First I uploaded all shots to editing
computer and I used ‘’Pinnacle Studio 15’’ witch was more than
suitable for this task. So at the start I had problem with
Administrator rights. IT teacher helped us with that but we lost a
lot of time wit fixing problem. First I did rough editing were I just
combined all shots in their order. And for final editing I just
mistakes and added text captions and transitions. Editing was
enjoyable and it was interesting to learn new skills. When we
on breaks we had problem if we leave our computer for more
couple of minutes it would lock and we than needed
rights again

Week 7 This week was hard because I never did evaluation before. I had
from teacher explaining it to me. And also I looked up examples on
the internet ,which helped me a lot to get inspiration and started
own work. I also put images as examples to bring out topics and
make evaluation little bit more fun.

Week 8 This week, I just finished my evaluation with teacher helping me
correct some mistakes and making it goof. When done evaluating, I
had to set up my blog. For this, we used wordpress.com. I found
setting up the bog on this site pretty straightforward since the
website itself is user-friendly and simple to manipulate. It has a
of layouts and designs that are customizable and beginner-friendly.

Week 9 • Once I sorted all my work and was happy and satisfied with
I have done, I uploaded it with slideshare on my blog. After
talking with my teacher, I decided to work on my own for the
next, main task, which are the codes and conventions of a film
opening sequence.
