● October 21st - College Panel (Always a Favorite.)
● December 9th - Parent financial aid meeting,
auditorium 6:30 pm.
● January 1st- Begin applying for FAFSA.
● January 13th- Financial Aid presentation through
Eco classes.

8. Transcript Requests are Made Online
at www.bellaire.org
$2.00 fee must be
submitted in
Registrar’s Office per
transcript request
made online.
Allow at least
10 days.
10. November Deadline
● Tuesday, November 24th is the deadline to
request transcripts and recommendations for
the January 1st application deadline.
This is the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
11. Ranks
● Early October Official Class Ranks will
be released.
● February Final Class ranks will be
released.

Requirements for Seniors to be Exempt from Spring Finals
● 85 or above average in the course for which exemption is sought.
● No more than 3 regular and 2 college excused Spring absences in
the course for which exemption is sought. None of the absences
may be unexcused. Attendance is checked through the end of the
course.
● An S average or better in conduct in the course for which the
exemption is sought.
● Student must maintain these requirements through the date of
the final exam.
● Return a completed application with required signatures to the
subject teacher.
