group members and WebQuest Topic
Due Friday, June 14 - Action plan and supply list
(I’m only going shopping once!)
Due June 20 – Entire Project
Due June 21 – We will be presenting
4. How to Form your Group
1, 2, or 3 people only per group
You can work alone or in a small group.
When the lecture is over, you will have 2 minutes to
form your group, or I will form it for you.
Do not ask for 4 people in a group, make 2 groups of

5. How to work in a group
1. Assign roles if the project
-EXAMPLE, you might designate one person the group
leader or facilitator and another the scribe or note taker.
2. Exchange contact information (email, phone
number)
3. Identify the group's action plan. Discuss and
document the action plan to make sure you all agree on
the plan for the group's work.

4. Divide tasks into steps and assign each member a
specific task to attack the projects.
5. Listen to each other and encourage each other.
6. Deal immediately with conflict if it arises.

WebQuest
Use your reasons from your assignment yesterday to
discuss which topic to cover.
8. Project
Your group will design create a project explaining
what you have learned. You will decide on your
project (not WebQuest topic which is due ) by Friday,
June 12.

10. Grading
There are two rubrics that will be used.
One is an overall rubric for the project using 0-4 grading
system
The second rubric will be used for the project and out of 50
points
You will be graded both as a group and individually.
