It can be found in the serum and other body tissues. There are five types: IgA, IgD, IgE, IgG, IgM. Monoclonal Antibody: Antibody produced by a cell source to a specific antigen. It is mainly used for diagnostic purposes. Lymphoma: Neoplasia of lymphoid tissue, in some cases benign, but in general it’s from malignant nature. FR3: Immunoglobulin heavy chain (IgH) gene region.

Se utilizó para evaluar el porcentaje mínimo al cual se detectaba el DNA monoclonal con inmunoglobulina de cadena pesada (IgH).

The distinct band consistent with monoclonal IgH gene rearrangement could be detected at concentration as low as 3.125%. Lane 1 = GeneRuler 50 bp DNA ladder marker, Lane 2 = positive control, Lane 3 = negative control, Lane 4-10 = serial dilutions 50%, 25%, 12.5%, 6.25%, 3.125%, 1.56%, and 0.78%, respectively.
