components providing web tools to internal and external customers.
Managed multiple development teams supporting websites/microsites, web applications, and
mobile apps. Supported internal and external customers providing marketing tools, sales tools,
product details, illustration calculators, and policy detail information.

Implemented a SharePoint solution to manage content change requests for multiple websites.
Solution eliminated lost emails, established work flow process, provided details needed to monitor
status and generated month end reporting.
Improved code migration change management process by implementing RepliWeb jobs automating
manual code moves. Migration process moved to change management; process followed SOX
compliance rules.
Partnered with agent support team to implement enhancements to agent portals. Policy search was
enhanced to include the last 10 searches. Agents no longer had to type in the policy number they
could select it from a drop down menu making it easier to check status. Gave agents ability to
impersonate users to simplify issue resolution.
Implemented new metrics gathering process and key performance indicators for Transamerica
