Salesforce and Conga Sign integration allows customers to sign contracts with a single click from within Salesforce. The solution involved installing Conga Sign and Conga Composer and configuring them for Salesforce. A contract template was designed using Conga Composer that pulls in opportunity fields. A button on opportunities triggers sending the contract to two signers - the customer and opportunity owner. When signed, the contract is attached to the opportunity record.

3. Clients Requirements
1. Prepare a Contract template in Salesforce that allows the customers to sign the Contract as soon as
they book them for any particular event. They wanted us to perform this action through a single click
on a particular button.
2. There should be two signers of the contract. One out of two will be the

owner of the company while the other person will be the client. Also,
the contract should include CC roles for those who can view the
signed contract.

11. Conclusion
While sending the document, we added our email as the client’s primary contact email address. We
received the Contract to sign it. We entered the required fields in the contract and then signed the
document.
Now, the contract was returned back to the opportunity owner to sign it. As soon as the

opportunity owner signed the document, the signing status was changed in the related
object Conga Sign Transaction from Send/Pending to Complete.
